## What does holding EQB let you do?

EQB is Equilibria Finance’s token, associated with its yield-boosting service built on Pendle. Equilibria describes itself as a yield booster on top of Pendle, so EQB is connected to an ecosystem for boosted Pendle rewards rather than being a general-purpose payment coin. The project also describes xEQB as a way to align Equilibria with token holders and liquidity providers.

That description does not tell you exactly what holding EQB alone earns, whether you must lock or stake it, or what conditions apply to any rewards. Check the current Equilibria terms before you commit tokens: reward rates can change, and a displayed yield is not a guaranteed return. If your goal is to use Equilibria’s yield products, consider the token’s role separately from the risks of depositing assets into a strategy. Holding EQB and depositing into a yield product are different decisions, with different contract and market risks.

## Which networks and wallets can hold EQB?

EQB is issued on Arbitrum, BNB Chain and Ethereum. These are separate networks, so an EQB balance on one chain is not automatically available on another. Before sending tokens, confirm that the receiving wallet or platform supports EQB on the exact network you plan to use. Sending to an incompatible network or address can make funds difficult or impossible to recover.

You can use a self-custody wallet that supports the relevant EVM network, but the wallet must also recognize the correct EQB token contract. Do not rely on a token name or ticker alone: unrelated tokens can share the same symbol. Verify the contract address through Equilibria’s official channels before adding a token or making a transfer. The project’s token contract addresses are not listed in these facts, so do not guess them. If you use an exchange, check which network it supports for both deposits and withdrawals, and account for network fees when moving EQB.

## How many EQB tokens are there?

EQB has a reported circulating, total and maximum supply of 100 million tokens each. That means the figures show no additional amount beyond the maximum supply, but they do not tell you how many tokens are actively available to trade or how ownership is distributed. Supply figures also cannot tell you whether a token will retain value.

Equilibria’s tokenomics information describes allocating 10% of the total supply to liquidity mining and incentives. Treat that as an allocation detail, not a promise that rewards will continue at a particular rate or that all tokens are currently circulating in markets. Check the project’s current tokenomics and on-chain distribution before relying on an allocation figure. EQB’s market price and trading liquidity can change, and the token’s supply cap does not protect you from price declines, thin trading or losses when you sell.

## How can you store EQB more safely?

For self-custody, keep your wallet’s recovery phrase offline and private. Never share it with anyone claiming to offer support, and do not enter it into a website or message in response to an unsolicited request. Use a wallet with support for the EQB network you need, and check the token contract before adding or transferring funds. A hardware wallet can reduce exposure of private keys to an internet-connected device, but it cannot prevent you from approving a malicious transaction.

For a first transfer, consider sending a small test amount, then confirm it arrived on the intended network before moving more. Keep enough of that network’s native coin to pay transaction fees. If you hold EQB through a custodial service, understand its withdrawal process and whether you control the private keys. Back up recovery details securely; losing them may mean losing access to your tokens.

## What risks should you check before using EQB?

EQB carries the usual risks of a crypto token, along with risks tied to Equilibria’s reliance on Pendle and yield strategies. A change or problem in Pendle, Equilibria’s contracts, or an integrated strategy could affect access to funds or rewards. Equilibria’s current contract security details need checking before you deposit; do not treat a token wallet or a quoted yield as proof that a contract is safe.

Yield rates can move, rewards may change, and fees can reduce what you receive. Equilibria does not publish fee figures in these facts, so check the current terms before using a product. EQB can also lose value, and low trading activity can make it harder to trade at a price you expect. As of November 7, 2026, reported 24-hour trading volume was about $5,157, a snapshot that can change quickly. Only commit funds you can afford to lose, and assess EQB token risk separately from deposit or smart-contract risk.
