Owning RMSTR: Uses, Storage and Risks

RMSTR is Reality’s tokenized-stock product associated with Strategy, Inc. It is intended to give you onchain economic exposure to Strategy’s stock, rather than functioning as a share issued directly by Strategy. Holding a tokenized stock does not automatically make you a registered shareholder; voting, dividend, redemption and other rights depend on the product’s legal structure and terms. Check those terms before treating RMSTR as equivalent to owning Strategy shares.

Strategy sells business-intelligence software and is also a publicly traded Bitcoin-treasury company. Its stock can therefore be affected by both its software business and factors such as Bitcoin’s price, financing conditions and the market premium or discount to its Bitcoin holdings. RMSTR adds token-specific risks on top of those company risks. It is not a general-purpose network coin, and the facts here do not establish that it offers staking or other protocol uses.

RMSTR is reported on both Ethereum and Arbitrum. It is not the native token of either network. To hold or transfer it yourself, use a wallet that supports the relevant network and the specific RMSTR token contract. Confirm the contract address through Reality’s official product information before receiving or sending tokens; a similarly named token may not be the same asset.

A transfer on Ethereum must use the Ethereum network, while a transfer on Arbitrum must use Arbitrum. Sending RMSTR to an incompatible network or address can make it inaccessible. You will also need ETH for transaction fees on either network. Before moving a large amount, check the destination network and address carefully and consider a small test transfer. If you keep RMSTR with a crypto platform instead of in your own wallet, check its withdrawal support, custody terms and any restrictions on transfers or redemption.

As of 2026-11-08, RMSTR’s reported circulating and total supply was about 89,113.26 tokens. No maximum supply is specified. These figures describe token units, not the number of Strategy shares you own or a guaranteed amount of underlying assets; the product’s terms determine what each token represents.

On that date, RMSTR was priced at about $127.17, with a market capitalization of about $11.3 million and 24-hour trading volume of about $182,919. These are moving market figures, not fixed values. The token’s price can differ from Strategy’s share price, and market capitalization is not the same as cash available for withdrawals or the value of assets backing tokens. Check current figures and trading conditions before making a transaction.

For self-custody, use a wallet that supports RMSTR on the network you choose, protect its recovery phrase offline, and never share that phrase or your signing keys. Verify the token contract and network before each transfer. For longer-term storage, consider a hardware wallet if you know how to manage one safely; a device cannot protect you if you approve a malicious transaction or reveal your recovery phrase.

RMSTR carries several distinct risks. Strategy’s share price can move sharply with Bitcoin and company financing conditions. The token may trade at a different price from the underlying share exposure or be difficult to sell when liquidity is thin. You also rely on the product’s issuer, custody and redemption arrangements, as well as the security and availability of the blockchain and any smart contracts involved. Review Reality’s current terms for backing, fees, redemption, and what happens if the issuer or a service provider fails. Do not assume token ownership guarantees a direct claim on Strategy shares.
