What does BEL do in Bella Protocol?
Bella Protocol is a set of DeFi tools for yield, liquidity provision and lending. Its products include Bella Liquidity Mining, Flex Savings, One-Click Portal and Lending. The project’s “1-Click” approach is intended to simplify using DeFi strategies, with services offered on-chain or through a custodial service. Using a simplified interface does not remove the risks of the underlying protocols or strategies.
BEL is associated with governance. Some descriptions also mention staking or fee uses, but the precise rights, reward terms and current availability should be confirmed in Bella Protocol’s current documentation before you rely on them. Holding BEL does not by itself guarantee a yield, a share of protocol revenue or control over a product. Check the specific contract and product terms before connecting a wallet or depositing assets.
Which chains and wallets can hold BEL?
BEL has been issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Manta; it is not described as the native token of any of these chains. You need a wallet that supports the relevant network and the correct BEL token contract. A token with the same ticker on another network may be unrelated, so verify the contract address through Bella Protocol’s official channels before receiving or transferring BEL.
For a transfer, select the network that matches the receiving wallet or exchange. Sending tokens on the wrong chain can make them difficult or impossible to recover. You will also need that chain’s native asset to pay transaction fees; BEL itself generally does not pay ordinary network gas. If you use Bella’s custodial service, the provider controls the private keys rather than you, so check its custody and withdrawal terms before depositing.
How much BEL exists, and what does the supply mean?
As of 2026-11-08, BEL’s reported supply is 80 million circulating out of 100 million total, with a maximum supply of 100 million. The difference between total and circulating supply is 20 million, but that figure alone does not tell you when or how any tokens might enter circulation. Check current token disclosures for release schedules or changes before making decisions based on dilution.
On that date, BEL’s market capitalisation was about $7.6 million and its fully diluted valuation about $9.4 million. These are snapshots, not stable measures of value: both can change as the price and circulating supply change. BEL’s reported market price was about $0.094. A token’s supply cap does not protect its price, and a small market can make trades more sensitive to limited liquidity.
How can you store BEL more safely?
For self-custody, keep BEL in a wallet where you control the recovery phrase, and make sure the wallet supports the network on which your tokens are held. Store the recovery phrase offline in a secure place; never share it with anyone claiming they need it to help you. Consider a hardware wallet if you hold a meaningful amount, and test a small transfer before moving a larger balance.
Before using Bella’s DeFi products, confirm the site and contract through official channels, check the token approvals your wallet requests, and avoid approving unlimited access unless you understand the risk. Review and revoke permissions you no longer need using a trusted wallet tool. With a custodial service, ask who holds the keys, how withdrawals work and what happens if access is suspended. Neither self-custody nor custody removes the risk of losing funds.
What can go wrong when you hold or use BEL?
BEL holders face ordinary token-price and liquidity risk, as well as risks from the DeFi products they choose to use. Smart-contract bugs, exploits, faulty integrations or strategy losses can reduce or eliminate deposited assets. Yield rates can change, and a displayed return is not guaranteed. A polished one-click interface can make complex steps easier, but it cannot make the underlying strategy risk-free.
Before depositing, look for current audits and check exactly which contracts and versions they cover; an audit is not a guarantee against loss. Read the product’s fees, withdrawal rules, custody arrangements and supported networks. If you use a custodial option, you also take on provider and access risks. Keep separate the risks of holding BEL from the risks of depositing other assets into a Bella product, and only commit funds you can afford to lose.
By the numbers
Bella Protocol in numbers
Bella Protocol (BEL) is ranked #1,404 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $7.56M and a price of $0.0945 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $9.45M, so roughly 80% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 5.7% over 7 days, down 21.6% over 30 days, down 51.4% over the past year. It trades about 99% below its all-time high of $9.99, set on Sep 15, 2020.
About 80M BEL are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 100M (80% issued).
24-hour trading volume was about $335K, or 4.4% of its market cap: moderate turnover.
BEL has token contracts on 3 chains we track, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Manta. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
BEL is linked to Bella Protocol, which we cover in our Yield Aggregator rankings. See our Bella Protocol page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

BEL FAQs
Which networks support BEL?
BEL has been issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Manta. Check the receiving wallet or exchange’s supported network and confirm the token contract before transferring.
Is BEL used for governance or staking?
BEL is associated with governance, while some descriptions also mention staking or fees. Check Bella Protocol’s current documentation for the exact rights and whether any staking or fee feature is active before relying on it.
What is BEL’s maximum supply?
The reported maximum supply is 100 million BEL, with 80 million circulating as of 2026-11-08. Supply figures can change, so check current disclosures for updates and any token release schedule.
What wallet do I need for BEL?
You need a wallet that supports BEL’s network, such as Ethereum, BNB Chain or Manta, and you must select the matching network when sending. Keep enough of that chain’s native asset to pay transaction fees.
Can I pay gas fees with BEL?
No. BEL is not described as the native token of its supported chains, and ordinary network gas is generally paid in the chain’s native asset. Check the network and fee requirements before making a transaction.
Is depositing into Bella Protocol risk-free?
Bella Protocol lists yield, liquidity, one-click and lending products, but using them can expose your assets to smart-contract, strategy, custody and liquidity risks. Check product terms, contract permissions and audit coverage before depositing.
What is the market cap of Bella Protocol?
As of Nov 8, 2026, Bella Protocol had a market cap of about $7.56M, ranking #1,404 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.
