What does holding MCB do?
MCB is the token associated with MUX Protocol, a decentralized protocol for leveraged trading. The protocol describes its trading service as offering up to 100x leverage and pooled liquidity across deployed chains; those features describe the platform, not a return or benefit you automatically get by holding MCB.
A token use described by the project is locking MCB to receive veMUX. veMUX holders may be eligible for protocol income and MUX token rewards, but locking is different from simply keeping MCB in a wallet. Check the current lock terms, reward rules and withdrawal conditions before committing tokens. Rewards can change, and they do not remove the risk of losing value on MCB itself.
The available token details do not establish a general claim on protocol revenue, a fixed yield or specific governance rights for every MCB holder. Treat those as separate questions to verify in the current protocol rules rather than assuming that holding the token grants them.
Which chains and wallets can you use for MCB?
MCB is issued on Ethereum, Arbitrum and BNB Chain. It is not listed as the native token of any chain, so the network you select when sending or receiving it matters. A transfer to an address on the wrong network may be difficult or impossible to recover.
Use a wallet that supports the network where your MCB is held. Before sending, confirm the network and token contract through MUX Protocol’s official app or documentation, then check that your receiving wallet can display and manage that token on the same chain. Do not rely on a token name or ticker alone: unrelated tokens can use the same symbol.
If you use a bridge or exchange to move MCB between networks, check which network and token version the service supports, as well as any fees and withdrawal conditions. A balance shown on one chain does not mean that the same tokens are available on another.
How much MCB is in circulation?
As of 2026-11-08, MCB’s circulating supply was about 3.80 million tokens. Total supply was about 4.80 million, close to the stated maximum of about 4.80 million. These are rounded figures; token supply and the amount available to trade are not the same thing.
A circulating-supply figure does not tell you how many tokens holders are willing to sell, or how much liquidity is available on a particular exchange. MCB’s reported 24-hour trading volume was about $72 as of 2026-11-08, a very small figure that can make trades harder to execute at the price you expect. Check current market depth and the specific trading venue before placing an order.
Supply numbers can also be presented differently across services. If the exact amount matters to you, check the token contract on the relevant chain rather than relying only on a rounded headline figure.
How can you store MCB, and what can go wrong?
Keep MCB in a wallet you control if you are comfortable managing your own keys. Protect the recovery phrase offline, never share it, and confirm the chain, token contract and destination address before signing a transfer. A hardware wallet can reduce exposure to some online threats, but it cannot prevent mistakes such as approving a malicious transaction.
MCB carries token-price and liquidity risk, and MUX Protocol adds smart-contract and operational risks. Bugs, compromised permissions, oracle problems or disruptions to pooled liquidity can affect a trading protocol and its users. Leveraged markets can also result in rapid losses for traders; that does not mean MCB holders receive protection from those losses.
If you lock MCB, review the current exit terms and understand that locked tokens may not be immediately accessible. Avoid approving unfamiliar contracts, and check for unexpected transaction details before signing. Do not treat past prices or advertised protocol features as a guarantee of future results.
By the numbers
MUX Protocol in numbers
MUX Protocol (MCB) is ranked #1,337 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $8.47M and a price of $2.23 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $10.7M, so roughly 79% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 1.1% over 7 days, down 5.5% over 30 days, down 14.8% over the past year. It trades about 97% below its all-time high of $68.36, set on Oct 16, 2021.
About 3.8M MCB are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 4.8M (79% issued).
24-hour trading volume was about $72, or 0.0% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
MCB has token contracts on 3 chains we track, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
CoinGecko groups MCB under DEX tokens, Exchange tokens.

MCB FAQs
What network is MCB on?
MCB is issued on Ethereum, Arbitrum and BNB Chain. Make sure your wallet and the receiving address use the same network as the tokens you are sending.
Can you stake or lock MCB?
MUX materials describe locking MCB to receive veMUX, whose holders may be eligible for protocol income and MUX token rewards. Check current terms before locking; rewards and withdrawal conditions can change.
What is MCB’s maximum supply?
The circulating supply was about 3.80 million as of 2026-11-08. Total supply was about 4.80 million, close to the stated maximum of about 4.80 million.
How do you store MCB safely?
Use a wallet that supports the chain where your MCB is held, and verify the token contract and network before receiving or sending it. The ticker alone is not enough to identify the correct token.
What are the main risks of holding MCB?
Yes. MCB can be affected by price volatility, limited trading liquidity and risks to the protocol’s smart contracts, oracles and pooled liquidity. Locking tokens can also limit when you can access them.
What is the market cap of MUX Protocol?
As of Nov 8, 2026, MUX Protocol had a market cap of about $8.47M, ranking #1,337 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.
What is the all-time high of MCB?
MUX Protocol's all-time high is $68.36, reached on Oct 16, 2021. Its all-time low is $0.9114 (Oct 29, 2020). Past prices say nothing about future returns.
What is the circulating supply of MCB?
As of Nov 8, 2026, about 3.8M MCB were in circulation, against a maximum supply of 4.8M.
Which blockchains is MCB on?
It has token contracts on Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain.
