What does holding ZAMA let you do?
ZAMA is associated with Zama’s work on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) for blockchain applications. FHE can let software perform calculations on encrypted data without first decrypting it. Zama’s technology is intended to support uses such as confidential tokens, vaults and swaps, but holding ZAMA does not by itself make your wallet, token balances or transactions private.
Some descriptions of the token say users can stake ZAMA for volume-based fee discounts on network operations, with the largest usage tier described as eligible for discounts of up to 99%. That is a stated maximum, not a guaranteed saving for every holder. Check the current staking conditions, eligible operations, lock-up rules and fees before relying on a discount. ZAMA is not a share in the company, and holding it does not automatically give you access to every product built with Zama’s technology.
Which chains and wallets support ZAMA?
ZAMA is issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. It is not listed as the native token of any of these networks, so you need to select the correct network when receiving or sending it. A token sent to an address using the wrong network may be difficult or impossible to recover.
Use a wallet that supports the relevant chain and the token’s specific contract or asset listing. Before transferring, verify the network and token details through a trusted project channel; a familiar token name or ticker alone is not proof that you have the right asset. Wallet support for ZAMA’s basic transfers also does not mean the wallet supports Zama’s FHE products, staking or confidential transactions. Those features may require separate applications and additional checks. Keep your recovery phrase offline and never share it with a site or person claiming to help you access ZAMA.
How much ZAMA exists, and what can affect its value?
As of 2026-11-08, about 2.54 billion ZAMA were circulating, against a reported total supply of about 11.36 billion. A maximum supply is not listed. The difference between circulating and total supply matters: tokens that are not circulating may enter the market later, depending on their release schedule and other project rules. Zama has not published a maximum supply in these token figures, so do not assume the current circulating amount is the final supply.
On 2026-11-08, ZAMA traded at about $0.0677, with a market capitalization of about $171.8 million and fully diluted valuation of about $769.4 million. These figures change; the fully diluted valuation estimates the value of the total supply at the then-current price and is not cash held by the project. The reported all-time high was about $0.1074 on 2026-09-23, and the all-time low was about $0.0167 on 2026-02-12. Past prices do not predict future performance.
How can you get and store ZAMA?
You can generally receive ZAMA from another holder or obtain it through a service that supports the token, but availability and terms depend on the platform and network. Before sending funds or connecting a wallet, confirm that the service supports ZAMA on the exact chain you intend to use. Check the token identity, deposit network, withdrawal network and any minimums; a matching ticker is not enough to confirm a genuine token.
For storage, a self-custody wallet gives you control of the signing keys, while a custodial service holds them on your behalf. Self-custody means you are responsible for recovery phrases and transaction approvals; losing access can mean permanent loss. Custody with a service adds counterparty and account-access risks. In either case, use a small test transfer when appropriate, check the destination address and network, and avoid approving unexpected permissions. This is general handling guidance, not a recommendation to acquire ZAMA.
What can it cost to transfer ZAMA?
Moving ZAMA costs depend on the network and the transaction. Ethereum transactions require gas, whose cost varies with network demand; BNB Chain and Solana transactions also have network fees, which can change and may be quoted differently by wallets or services. A platform may charge its own withdrawal fee on top of network costs. Zama does not publish one fixed transfer fee that applies across all three chains.
Moving tokens between chains usually involves a bridge or another cross-chain service, not a simple transfer. That can add service charges, waiting time and smart-contract or operator risk. Confirm that the bridge supports ZAMA on both the sending and receiving networks and that you understand what asset you will receive. A transfer to a wrong network or unsupported contract may not be recoverable. Check the final quoted fee and destination details in your wallet or service before approving; displayed estimates can change before a transaction is confirmed.
What should you check before using ZAMA products?
ZAMA carries the usual crypto risks: its price can move sharply, the circulating supply is smaller than the reported total supply, and token availability or liquidity can vary by chain and platform. A project’s use of advanced cryptography does not remove these financial or operational risks. FHE can protect data in particular computations, but it does not automatically hide public-chain activity, fix insecure application code or prevent every form of information leakage.
Before using a confidential token, vault, swap or staking feature, check which contracts you are interacting with, what data remains public, whether withdrawals can be paused, and how fees and rewards work. Contract vulnerabilities, faulty integrations, bridge failures, phishing and lost keys can all lead to losses. Zama’s materials here do not establish an independent audit status or publish a universal fee schedule for these products. Do not treat an FHE label or a token discount claim as proof that an application is safe or private in every respect.
What is known about Zama’s history?
Zama is an open-source cryptography company building FHE solutions for blockchain. Its stated focus is enabling smart contracts to work with encrypted data. The basic idea behind FHE is that computation can happen without decrypting the input first; it is a cryptographic technique, not a guarantee that all activity around an application stays secret.
A launch date for ZAMA is not listed in the token details used here. The reported price history records an all-time low of about $0.0167 on 2026-02-12 and an all-time high of about $0.1074 on 2026-09-23. Those dates show how much the quoted market price has varied, but they do not explain the cause of each move or establish a trend. If you are assessing the project’s development, look for current documentation on supported applications, contract deployments, audits and token rules rather than relying on the project’s technical premise alone.

Zama (ZAMA) is ranked #186 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $172M and a price of $0.0677 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $769M, so roughly 22% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 2.0% over 7 days, down 11.4% over 30 days. It trades about 37% below its all-time high of $0.1074, set on Sep 23, 2026.
About 2.54B ZAMA are in circulation, from a total supply of 11.36B. No hard maximum supply is listed.
24-hour trading volume was about $3.90M, or 2.3% of its market cap: moderate turnover.
ZAMA has token contracts on 3 chains we track, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

ZAMA FAQs
Does ZAMA make my transactions private?
No. Zama’s FHE technology can enable computations on encrypted data, but holding ZAMA does not automatically conceal your wallet or its public-chain transactions. Privacy depends on the specific application and what information it exposes.
Which networks is ZAMA on?
ZAMA is issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. Confirm the exact network and token identity before sending, because choosing the wrong network can put your transfer at risk.
Can you stake ZAMA for fee discounts?
Some descriptions say ZAMA can be staked for volume-based fee discounts, with a stated maximum of up to 99% for the highest usage tier. Check current eligibility, staking conditions and fees; the maximum is not a discount every holder is guaranteed.
What is ZAMA’s circulating supply?
About 2.54 billion ZAMA were circulating out of a reported total of about 11.36 billion as of 2026-11-08. A maximum supply is not listed, and the figures may change.
Does it cost money to send ZAMA?
Fees depend on the network, demand and any service charges. Cross-chain transfers may also involve bridge costs and risks, so check the quoted amount and supported networks before approving.
What is the market cap of Zama?
As of Nov 8, 2026, Zama had a market cap of about $172M, ranking #186 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.
