What does USDH give you as a holder?

USDH is a dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Bridge Building Inc. and designed by Native Markets for the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Its intended use is to give you a digital dollar to hold or use within that environment; it is not a claim on a guaranteed $1 market price. As with other stablecoins, its value depends on confidence in the reserves, the issuer and the ability to trade or redeem the token.

USDH says its reserves include cash, short-term U.S. Treasury assets, repo agreements and funds or tokenized products holding those assets. It says cash is held at U.S.-regulated banks, traditional investment assets at JPMorgan Chase, and cryptoassets in Bridge’s MPC custody infrastructure provisioned by Fireblocks. BPM reviews and attests to 1:1 reserve backing monthly. An attestation is not the same as a full independent financial-statement audit, so check what each report covers.

Native Markets says 50% of gross revenue goes programmatically on-chain to the Hyperliquid Assistance Fund for HYPE buybacks; the remainder supports USDH and the ecosystem. That arrangement does not guarantee USDH holders a return or a fixed market price.

Which network and wallet should you use for USDH?

USDH is issued on Hyperliquid L1, according to the token information available. It is not listed as a native token of another chain. Before you receive or send it, confirm that your wallet and the destination service support USDH specifically on Hyperliquid L1. A token with the same ticker on another network may not be the same asset.

Choose a wallet that explicitly supports Hyperliquid L1 and lets you control the relevant account keys if you want self-custody. Keep your recovery phrase offline, never share it, and verify the network and address before confirming a transfer. A transfer to an incompatible network or address can be difficult or impossible to recover. If you use a custodial exchange or service instead, check its deposit and withdrawal networks; support for USDH can differ between platforms.

USDH’s direct redemption terms, including eligibility, minimums and fees, are not published in the token details. Do not assume that holding USDH automatically gives you a way to redeem it with the issuer for dollars. Check current issuer terms and the service you plan to use before treating it as cash.

How much USDH is in circulation?

As of 2026-11-08, reported circulating supply was about 21.36 million USDH, while total supply was about 100.01 billion. No maximum supply was listed. That is a striking difference: check the token’s current on-chain supply and any issuer explanation before using the total-supply figure to assess dilution or market value.

On that date, USDH’s reported market capitalization was about $21.3 million and its fully diluted valuation was about $99.77 billion. The reported price was about $0.9977, and 24-hour trading volume was about $285. These are snapshots, not fixed terms; stablecoins can trade above or below their target, and thin trading can make it harder to exit at a desired price. The reported seven-day price change was about 0.58% as of the same date.

Supply numbers do not tell you how easily you can redeem or sell your tokens. For a practical check, compare the current circulating and total figures, look for recent reserve attestations, and check whether the market or service you intend to use has enough liquidity.

How can you store USDH, and what can go wrong?

USDH can lose its dollar peg if buyers lose confidence, reserves are impaired, redemptions are delayed or trading liquidity dries up. Its reported 24-hour volume was about $285 as of 2026-11-08, so a quoted price may not mean you can sell a large holding at that level. Reserve backing reduces some risks but does not remove issuer, banking, custody or operational risk. Monthly reserve attestations are useful to review, but they are not a guarantee against loss.

If you self-custody, protect your recovery phrase and device, and confirm the Hyperliquid L1 network before signing. If you keep USDH with a platform, you also take on that provider’s account, withdrawal and insolvency risks. Avoid sharing keys or signing transactions you do not understand; a stablecoin transfer is generally not reversible.

Treat USDH as a token with several separate dependencies: the dollar peg, Bridge Building Inc. and its reserve arrangements, Hyperliquid L1, and the wallet or market you use. Do not keep funds in it that you cannot afford to have temporarily inaccessible or lose.
