What does holding SOIL give you?
SOIL is the token associated with Soil, a blockchain-based debt marketplace connecting companies seeking financing with crypto investors who lend stablecoins. The protocol says that lending returns are backed by real-world assets and come from off-chain corporate debt. That does not mean simply holding SOIL earns those returns: the described lending activity uses stablecoins, and the token’s role should be checked in Soil’s current terms before you rely on it for any rights, rewards or governance.
SOIL is therefore different from a stablecoin or a direct share in a loan. Its market price can move independently of any lending returns. As a dated snapshot, SOIL traded at about $0.11, with a market capitalization of about $8.7 million and 24-hour trading volume of about $26,800 as of 2026-11-08. These figures can change quickly and may not reflect the price or liquidity available when you trade.
Which networks and wallets can you use for SOIL?
SOIL is issued on Ethereum and Polygon; it is not listed as the native token of either network. If you hold it, make sure your wallet and any exchange withdrawal support the exact network you intend to use. Sending a token on one network to an address or service expecting it on another can leave your funds inaccessible.
Both Ethereum and Polygon are commonly supported by EVM-compatible wallets, but wallet support for a network does not confirm support for SOIL itself. Before adding the token, verify its contract address through Soil’s official channels and check that the address matches the network you selected. Do not rely on a token name or symbol alone: anyone can create a token with the same name. The contract addresses and a list of specific supported wallets are not included in the project description, so confirm them directly before transferring funds.
How much SOIL exists, and could supply change?
SOIL has a maximum supply of 100 million tokens. About 77.9 million were circulating as of 2026-11-08, while the stated total supply was 100 million. The difference between circulating and total supply matters: tokens not currently circulating could affect ownership and market availability if they enter circulation later.
The figures do not specify when or how the remaining supply may be released, or whether any tokens are locked. Check Soil’s current token documentation for allocation, vesting and release details before making assumptions about future supply. A fixed maximum does not prevent the market price from falling, and it does not guarantee demand. As of the same date, the fully diluted valuation was about $11.2 million; that is an estimate based on the maximum supply and market price, not cash held by the project or a measure of funds available to token holders.
How can you store SOIL more safely?
For self-custody, use a wallet that supports the network on which your SOIL is held. Keep your recovery phrase offline and private; anyone who gets it may be able to control your tokens. A hardware wallet can keep signing keys offline, but it cannot protect you if you approve a malicious transaction or send funds to the wrong address.
Before a transfer, check the network, recipient address and token contract, and consider sending a small test amount if the transaction value warrants it. Be cautious with unsolicited messages, fake support accounts and unfamiliar sites asking you to connect a wallet or sign a transaction. If you use an exchange, check its SOIL deposit and withdrawal networks, custody arrangements and account-security options. Exchange custody means you rely on the provider to safeguard and release your assets; self-custody places more responsibility on you.
What could go wrong when you hold SOIL?
SOIL carries ordinary crypto-market risks, including sharp price changes and limited liquidity. Its reported 24-hour volume was about $26,800 as of 2026-11-08, so a large order may be harder to execute near the displayed price. Check the spread and available order depth rather than assuming you can sell immediately at a quoted price.
There are also risks specific to the lending model: borrowers may default, asset values or recovery processes may differ from expectations, and legal claims involving off-chain assets may be difficult to enforce. Smart-contract bugs, wallet compromises and failures at service providers can create additional losses. Soil describes its protocol as regulated, but its project description does not identify the relevant jurisdiction or licence details; verify the legal entity, terms and protections that apply to you. Neither token ownership nor a stated real-world-asset backing guarantees repayment or a return.
By the numbers

Soil (SOIL) is ranked #1,319 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $8.70M and a price of $0.1117 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $11.2M, so roughly 78% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 13.3% over 7 days, up 6.2% over 30 days, down 2.2% over the past year. It trades about 97% below its all-time high of $3.97, set on Mar 28, 2024.
About 77.87M SOIL are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 100M (78% issued).
24-hour trading volume was about $26.8K, or 0.3% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
SOIL has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including Polygon, Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

SOIL FAQs
Does holding SOIL earn interest?
No. Soil’s lending marketplace is described as letting investors lend stablecoins to companies. Holding SOIL alone should not be treated as a deposit in that marketplace or as a promise of yield; check the token terms for any specific holder rights.
Which blockchain is SOIL on?
SOIL is issued on Ethereum and Polygon. Confirm the network and token contract before receiving or sending it, and check that your wallet or exchange supports SOIL on that specific network.
What is SOIL’s maximum supply?
The maximum supply is 100 million SOIL, with about 77.9 million circulating as of 2026-11-08. The release schedule and lock-up details are not specified in the project description, so check current token documentation for those details.
Is SOIL’s real-world-asset backing risk-free?
The project describes lending returns as backed by real-world assets, but that does not remove borrower, legal, valuation or recovery risks. Asset backing is not a guarantee that investors will receive principal or returns in full or on time.
How do I keep SOIL safe?
Use a wallet that supports the network holding your tokens, protect your recovery phrase, and verify the recipient address and token contract before signing or sending. Be cautious of unsolicited requests to connect your wallet or approve transactions.
