What does holding GROVE let you do?

GROVE is the token associated with Grove, a credit infrastructure protocol in the Sky ecosystem. Grove describes its role as directing capital into onchain credit and real-world assets, with allocation, financing and liquidity solutions intended to connect traditional and onchain finance.

GROVE is described as a governance and utility token. That does not mean holding it automatically gives you income, a share of protocol assets or a particular voting power. Before relying on a token benefit, check Grove’s current documentation for what holders can actually do, which decisions are open to voting and whether any conditions apply. Don’t confuse GROVE with Grove Data: Grove Data is an analytics dashboard, not the capital-allocation protocol itself. If you are considering using Grove’s financial products, assess those products separately from owning the token.

Which chain and wallet can you use for GROVE?

GROVE is issued on Ethereum; it is not listed as the native token of a blockchain. You can hold it in an Ethereum-compatible wallet that supports custom tokens. A self-custody wallet gives you control of the keys, while a supported exchange account may offer a simpler way to hold or trade it but leaves custody with the exchange.

For an onchain transfer, you generally need ETH in the same wallet to pay Ethereum network gas. Before adding or sending GROVE, verify the token’s contract address through Grove’s official channels and check that the wallet or exchange supports the Ethereum version. A matching name or ticker is not proof that a token is genuine. Don’t send GROVE to an address on another network unless the receiving service explicitly supports that route; a mistaken network or address can make funds difficult or impossible to recover.

How much GROVE exists, and how much is circulating?

GROVE has a maximum and total supply of 10 billion tokens. About 920.6 million were circulating as of 2026-11-08, so the circulating amount was much smaller than the stated maximum. The project’s token description does not establish how or when the remaining supply may enter circulation; check current token documentation for allocation and release details rather than assuming a schedule.

Market figures are a snapshot, not a promise of future value. As of 2026-11-08, GROVE was about $0.0077, with a market capitalization of about $7.1 million and fully diluted valuation of about $77.1 million. The gap between those valuation measures reflects the difference between circulating supply and the maximum supply at that price; it is not a forecast. Prices and liquidity can change quickly, especially for a token with a relatively small market capitalization.

What could go wrong if you hold or use GROVE?

GROVE carries both token-market risk and risks tied to the protocol’s credit activity. Its price can move sharply, and a market price does not guarantee you can sell at that price or exit quickly. As one indication of past volatility, the recorded all-time high was about $0.0446 on 2026-07-06, while the recorded low was about $0.0045 on 2026-10-21. Those past prices do not predict what happens next.

Grove’s stated focus on credit, liquidity and real-world assets also brings risks beyond ordinary token trading: borrowers or counterparties may fail to meet obligations, assets may be hard to value or liquidate, and legal or operational problems can affect returns and access to funds. Smart-contract vulnerabilities, governance decisions and changes in market conditions can add further uncertainty. Do not treat GROVE as a stablecoin or assume the token itself represents a claim on assets or yield.

How can you store GROVE more safely?

For long-term self-custody, consider a hardware wallet or another well-secured Ethereum wallet. Back up the recovery phrase offline, keep it private and never enter it into a site or share it with someone claiming to offer support. A wallet provider cannot restore funds if someone else gets your phrase.

Before connecting a wallet to a Grove product, confirm that you are using the genuine application and understand what permissions you are approving. Review token allowances and revoke ones you no longer need, while remembering that revocation itself may require a network fee. Keep enough ETH for Ethereum transactions, and test a small transfer first if you are unsure about an address or wallet setup. Check the exact product, contract and current fees before committing funds; holding GROVE in a wallet is different from depositing assets into a credit or allocation strategy.

By the numbers

Grove in numbers

Grove (GROVE) is ranked #1,445 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $7.09M and a price of $0.007707 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $77.1M, so roughly 9% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was up 1.9% over 7 days, up 3.2% over 30 days. It trades about 83% below its all-time high of $0.0446, set on Jul 6, 2026.

24-hour trading volume was about $481K, or 6.8% of its market cap: moderate turnover.

GROVE has token contracts on Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

GROVE is linked to Grove Finance, which we cover in our Onchain Capital Allocator rankings. See our Grove Finance page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

Is GROVE a stablecoin or a low-risk investment?

GROVE is a volatile token, and Grove’s credit and real-world-asset activities may carry borrower, counterparty, liquidity, operational and smart-contract risks. Review the risks of a specific protocol product separately from the risks of holding the token.
