What does holding USD3 give you?

USD3 is the senior-tranche, yield-bearing token in 3Jane’s credit pool. You mint it by depositing USDC, and holding it gives you exposure to a pool that finances approved facilities for fintech lenders. The token follows the ERC-4626 vault standard, which is commonly used for tokens representing a share in a pool of assets.

USD3 is not simply a dollar held in a wallet. Its value depends on the pool’s assets, its accounting and redemption arrangements, and the lenders’ ability to repay. The protocol describes USD3 as the senior tranche, while sUSD3 is the junior tranche. Junior capital receives its share of yield and is designed to absorb losses before USD3, but that arrangement does not make USD3 risk-free or guarantee that you can redeem at one dollar.

The project’s description does not specify a fixed yield, a guaranteed return, or a set redemption timetable. Treat USD3 as a token representing an interest in credit exposure, not as a bank deposit or an insured cash equivalent.

How does USD3's lending pool work?

3Jane allocates pooled capital to approved financing facilities, including warehouse facilities, participations and forward-flow purchases of loans. The fintech lenders remain responsible for finding borrowers, assessing them, originating loans and servicing them. Your USD3 exposure therefore depends not only on the protocol but also on the performance and servicing of the underlying lending activity.

The pool has two tranches. USD3 is senior; sUSD3 is junior and receives the junior share of pool yield while taking losses ahead of USD3. That describes the intended loss order, not a promise that USD3 cannot lose value. Credit losses, delays, disputes or problems with loan servicing can still affect the pool and the ability to redeem.

Before treating the token as readily available cash, check how deposits and withdrawals work, whether redemption depends on liquidity or specific conditions, and how the pool reports its loans and performance. 3Jane’s public description does not set out a fixed yield or redemption schedule, so do not assume either.

Which chain and wallets can hold USD3?

USD3 is issued on Ethereum and is an ERC-4626 token. You need an Ethereum-compatible wallet that can hold ERC-20 tokens to store it directly. Before receiving or sending USD3, confirm that the wallet and any exchange you use support the Ethereum version, and verify the token contract through a trusted project channel; tokens with the same symbol can be unrelated.

The token facts identify Ethereum as the issued chain and do not identify a native USD3 version on another network. If a wallet or service shows USD3 on a different chain, check whether it is a wrapped or bridged representation and who controls the bridge. A bridged token can carry risks beyond those of the original Ethereum token.

Keep your wallet recovery phrase private and offline, and be cautious of sites or messages asking you to connect your wallet or approve token spending. Holding USD3 in a self-custody wallet leaves you responsible for key security and transaction approvals. A custodial platform may handle keys for you, but then you also depend on that provider’s access and withdrawal arrangements.

How much USD3 exists, and what moves its value?

As of 2026-11-08, USD3 had about 96.8 million tokens in both circulating and total supply; no maximum supply is listed. Its price was about $1.20, with a market capitalization of about $115.7 million. The reported seven-day change was about 0.19%. These are snapshots, not stable values or forecasts.

USD3’s reported all-time high was $1.29 on 2026-10-30, and its all-time low was $1.15 on 2026-09-17. Its one-year change is not available. Even though USD3 is designed around credit-pool exposure and is minted against USDC deposits, its market price can move away from a dollar. Trading liquidity, redemption conditions and changes in confidence can all matter.

Supply can change when users deposit USDC to mint USD3 or when tokens are redeemed or otherwise removed from circulation, subject to the protocol’s rules. Do not assume every token can be redeemed instantly or that market price will match the value you expect from the pool. Check current contract and pool information before relying on a supply or price figure.

What can getting or moving USD3 cost?

The project describes USD3 as being minted by depositing USDC. You may also encounter it through secondary-market trading, but the token’s issuance on Ethereum does not by itself guarantee that a market will have enough liquidity or that a trade will execute near the displayed price. Check the exact token and trading pair before sending funds.

Ethereum charges network gas for actions such as transferring USD3, approving a contract, or depositing and redeeming through a protocol. Gas changes with network demand; it is separate from any protocol, trading or platform charge. 3Jane does not publish a fixed fee schedule in the project description, so check the transaction details and applicable terms before confirming.

A bridge, if available for a token, can add bridge charges and separate smart-contract and operator risks. 3Jane’s description does not identify an official USD3 bridge or another issued chain, so do not assume a cross-chain version is supported. Sending USD3 to an unsupported network or address can make recovery difficult or impossible.

What risks should you check before holding USD3?

The central risk is credit exposure. USD3 finances lending facilities, and repayments depend on borrowers and the fintech lenders that originate and service loans. The senior tranche is intended to be protected by junior sUSD3 absorbing losses first, but losses could exceed available junior capital or otherwise impair the pool. Senior status is not a guarantee of principal or timely withdrawals.

You also face smart-contract and operational risks, including bugs, compromised access or failures in the systems that manage deposits and pool allocations. Market liquidity may be limited, and USD3’s price can differ from a dollar. The project description does not publish a fixed redemption timetable or yield, so check current terms rather than assuming you can exit on demand.

3Jane’s launch date and audit status are not established in its project description. Before holding USD3, look for current information on audits, pool composition, borrower and facility reporting, loss handling, and redemption conditions. Never share wallet keys or approve transactions you do not understand. A stable-looking price does not remove the risk of losing access to funds or receiving less than expected.

By the numbers

3Jane USD3 in numbers

3Jane USD3 (USD3) is ranked #241 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $116M and a price of $1.20 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($116M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.
