What does holding STRCX actually represent?

STRCX is a tokenized version of Strategy PP Variable preferred stock, not a share of Strategy common stock. It is part of the xStocks range, which is designed to give holders exposure to the value of underlying stocks and ETFs through blockchain tokens. xStocks describe their tokens as backed 1:1 by the underlying assets and as giving a legal claim to the stock’s value. That does not automatically mean you have the same voting rights, protections or direct relationship with the company as a registered shareholder; check the STRCX and xStocks legal terms for exactly what your claim covers.

The token may be used in compatible crypto wallets and DeFi applications, as well as traded through exchanges that list it. The project says xStocks can be integrated with DeFi protocols, but that does not mean every protocol supports STRCX or that using one is risk-free. Its value can move with the underlying preferred stock and with token-market supply and demand.

Which networks and wallets can hold STRCX?

STRCX has been issued on Ethereum and Solana; it is not the native coin of either network. The chain matters: an Ethereum STRCX token and a Solana STRCX token use different addresses and transaction systems. Before receiving or sending it, check that the exchange or wallet supports STRCX on the exact network you intend to use. Sending a token to an address on the wrong chain can make recovery difficult or impossible.

You can generally hold a supported token in a self-custody wallet that lets you control the relevant Ethereum or Solana address, or leave it with a custodial exchange that lists STRCX. In self-custody, protect your recovery phrase and verify the token identity and network before confirming a transaction. In custody, you rely on the provider to safeguard assets and process withdrawals. The project does not publish a single official wallet requirement, so check the wallet’s token and network support rather than assuming that every Ethereum or Solana wallet will display STRCX correctly.

How much STRCX exists, and what can change its value?

STRCX has a circulating supply of about 1.22 million tokens and a total supply of about 2.96 million, as of 2026-11-08. No maximum supply is published. The difference between total and circulating supply matters: tokens outside circulation may become available later, depending on issuance, redemption or other project processes. The project does not publish a supply schedule here, so you should not assume when or whether that gap will change.

On 2026-11-08, STRCX was priced at about $109.34, with a market capitalization of about $133.2 million and fully diluted valuation of about $323.6 million. These are moving figures, not fixed values. The market price can reflect the underlying preferred stock’s value as well as trading demand, liquidity and differences between exchanges. A token’s market price may not match the value you can realize when selling or redeeming it. Treat supply and valuation figures as a dated snapshot, not a forecast or a guaranteed redemption amount.

Can STRCX pay dividends or give you shareholder rights?

STRCX tracks a preferred-stock product described as variable-rate. That underlying security may have dividend terms, but holding the token does not by itself establish that you will receive a direct dividend payment. The token’s legal terms and the issuer’s rules determine whether distributions pass through, how they are handled and what rights token holders have. Read those terms before relying on STRCX for income; do not assume a payment schedule or yield from the token name alone.

The xStocks project describes its tokens as backed 1:1 by underlying assets, compliant with EU regulations and accessible to non-US users. These are project-level descriptions, not a substitute for checking the specific legal structure, custody arrangements and eligibility rules that apply to STRCX where you live. Access may differ by platform and jurisdiction. Tokenized exposure also adds blockchain, issuer and intermediary risks that direct ownership of a security may not have. If you need a precise answer about distributions or redemption rights, consult the current STRCX terms and confirm how the relevant platform handles them.

How can you get and store STRCX?

You may encounter STRCX on centralized exchanges or decentralized exchanges that list it, consistent with the xStocks distribution model. Availability is platform-specific and can depend on where you live and the exchange’s eligibility checks. Before depositing, confirm the token contract and network, and check whether the platform supports deposits and withdrawals for that exact version. A ticker alone is not enough to identify a token safely.

For self-custody, use a wallet compatible with Ethereum or Solana and keep your recovery phrase offline and private. For an exchange account, review its custody, withdrawal and account-access terms. The project does not publish a universal redemption process or a single route that every holder can use to exchange STRCX for the underlying preferred stock. Do not assume that holding the token lets you redeem it directly for shares or cash on demand. Check the applicable platform and token terms before relying on a particular exit route.

What does it cost to transfer STRCX?

Sending STRCX usually involves the network’s transaction fee: Ethereum transactions require ETH for gas, while Solana transactions require SOL for network fees. The amount varies with network conditions and transaction complexity. An exchange may also charge its own withdrawal fee or set a minimum withdrawal; those charges are separate from blockchain fees, and STRCX-specific platform fees are not published universally.

Moving STRCX between Ethereum and Solana may require a supported bridge or an exchange that handles the network conversion. Bridges can charge fees and add smart-contract, custody and operational risks. A token on one chain cannot simply be sent as if it were on the other. Check the destination network, supported token version, fee quote and expected processing steps before confirming. If you are only moving STRCX within one network, you do not need a cross-chain bridge, but you still need the correct address and enough native token to cover the network fee. Always test address and network details carefully.

What could go wrong when you hold STRCX?

STRCX depends on more than the price of the underlying preferred stock. Risks include changes in that security’s value or terms, low liquidity, price differences between token venues, and the possibility that a token cannot be redeemed or transferred when you expect. You also rely on the token issuer and the arrangements intended to back the token. A stated 1:1 backing model does not remove counterparty, legal, custody or operational risk.

Blockchain risks include sending funds on the wrong network, losing wallet keys, smart-contract faults and bridge failures. Exchange custody brings separate account and provider risks. Confirm the official token identity through a trusted platform, read the current legal and redemption terms, and avoid treating a displayed market price as guaranteed cash value. STRCX has no published launch date in the project facts. It is issued on Ethereum and Solana and belongs to the tokenized-stock xStocks category; no native network token or separate STRCX consensus mechanism is identified.

By the numbers

Strategy PP Variable xStock in numbers

Strategy PP Variable xStock (STRCX) is ranked #214 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $133M and a price of $109.34 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $324M, so roughly 41% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was up 7.3% over 7 days, up 3.5% over 30 days. It trades about 22% below its all-time high of $139.97, set on Jun 2, 2026.

About 1.22M STRCX are in circulation, from a total supply of 2.96M. No hard maximum supply is listed.

24-hour trading volume was about $340K, or 0.3% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

STRCX has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including Ethereum, Solana. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
