What does holding RAIN let you do?
RAIN is Rain’s governance token, tied to a decentralized options and prediction-market protocol on Arbitrum. Holding it can give you a role in protocol governance through the DAO. Rain also describes RAIN as relevant to access to “Trading Power” and prediction markets, but it does not publish the thresholds or exact rules you would need to use those features. Check the current protocol terms before assuming that simply holding tokens gives you trading access.
Rain lets users create and trade custom markets. Public markets use Olympus AI’s oracle agent for resolution; creators can resolve private markets. RAIN does not give you ownership of a market, guarantee a payout, or settle a prediction by itself. The value of any market position depends on its rules, resolution and trading activity. If you hold RAIN only as a token, its practical uses may be limited to governance and whatever token-gated functions Rain currently operates.
Which chain and wallets support RAIN?
RAIN is issued on Arbitrum, an Ethereum layer-2 network. It is not identified as the native token of a blockchain. To store it yourself, use a wallet that supports Arbitrum and custom ERC-20 tokens, such as an EVM-compatible wallet. Confirm the network and token contract carefully: a token with the same name or ticker on another chain may not be the same asset.
A self-custody wallet gives you control of the keys, but also makes you responsible for safeguarding them. Keep your recovery phrase offline and never share it with anyone claiming they need it to help with a transfer. If you use a custodial exchange, the provider controls the wallet and its withdrawal rules apply. Before sending RAIN to any address, check that the receiving service supports RAIN on Arbitrum; sending it over an unsupported network can make recovery difficult or impossible.
How much RAIN exists, and what can change its supply?
RAIN has a maximum supply of 1.15 trillion tokens. Total supply is about 1.142 trillion, with about 714.4 billion circulating, as of 2026-11-08. The circulating figure is not the same as the maximum supply, and it can change as tokens enter circulation or are removed. Rain describes a deflationary mechanism in which 2.5% of trading volume is allocated to buying and burning RAIN. That links potential burns to protocol trading activity; it does not guarantee a particular burn amount or token value.
For context, RAIN traded at about $0.00564 on 2026-11-08, with a market capitalization of about $4.03 billion and a fully diluted valuation of about $6.44 billion. Its seven-day change was about -9.4%, while its one-year change was about +70.3%. These are dated snapshots, not forecasts. Trading activity, token supply changes, market sentiment and demand for Rain’s protocol can all affect the price.
How do people get and store RAIN?
You can generally obtain a token like RAIN through a service that lists it or through a decentralized exchange on a supported network. Rain’s protocol is on Arbitrum, but the available facts do not identify specific venues or confirm their current listings. Check the token contract, chain, trading pair and withdrawal network before moving funds. A ticker alone is not enough to verify that you have the intended token.
For self-custody, use an Arbitrum-compatible wallet and make sure it can display or import the correct token. If you keep RAIN with a custodial provider, check whether you can withdraw it on Arbitrum and what limits or verification steps apply. Keep a record of transactions for your own accounting. This is general information about handling tokens, not a recommendation to acquire RAIN; consider whether you understand the market and contract risks before interacting with it.
What does it cost to move or trade RAIN?
RAIN transfers on Arbitrum require network fees, usually paid in the network’s gas token rather than in RAIN. The fee changes with network conditions and the transaction you submit, so check the wallet’s estimate before confirming. Trading through a decentralized exchange may add a separate trading fee, and the price you receive can also be affected by slippage. Rain does not publish a specific fee schedule in the project details described here, so review the current interface and transaction preview before trading.
Moving RAIN between chains may require a bridge if the destination does not support Arbitrum. A bridge can involve extra fees, waiting time and smart-contract or provider risk; bridged tokens may also differ from the original asset. Confirm the destination chain and token representation before sending. A direct transfer to an address on the wrong network may not be recoverable. Do not rely on a displayed fee estimate as a fixed quote: the final cost can change before a transaction is processed.
What legal and market risks should you check?
Rain is a prediction and options protocol, so using its markets can expose you to losses as well as token-price risk. Market outcomes depend on the published rules and resolution process. Public markets use an oracle agent, while private markets can be resolved by their creators; disputes, errors or unclear terms could affect the result. Smart-contract failures, wallet mistakes, low liquidity and price swings are additional risks. The 2.5% trading-volume allocation for token burns does not protect holders from losses or guarantee demand for RAIN.
Rain’s licensing and KYC requirements are unclear. Prediction-market and gambling rules vary by location, so check whether online gambling or prediction markets are legal where you live before participating. You must be 18 or older. Do not treat a market as a reliable way to earn money, and avoid using funds you cannot afford to lose. Rain’s operating details and market rules may change, so read them before connecting a wallet or placing a position.
What is known about RAIN’s history?
Rain is described as a decentralized options protocol built on Arbitrum, with tools for creating custom markets, secondary trading and account abstraction. Its token is associated with DAO governance and a buy-and-burn model funded by 2.5% of trading volume. A launch date is not published in the project details described here, so there is no confirmed start date to use as a timeline for judging the token’s history.
RAIN reached a reported all-time high of about $0.01946 on 2026-08-25 and an all-time low of about $0.00222 on 2025-09-14. Those past prices show that the token has moved substantially; they do not indicate where it may trade next. The price, market capitalization, volume and circulating supply can all change. If you are assessing RAIN, separate the protocol’s features from the token’s market performance and verify current market terms before making a decision.

Rain (RAIN) is ranked #26 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $4.03B and a price of $0.005636 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $6.44B, so roughly 63% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 9.4% over 7 days, down 45.5% over 30 days, up 70.3% over the past year. It trades about 71% below its all-time high of $0.0195, set on Aug 25, 2026.
About 714.41B RAIN are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 1.15T (62% issued).
24-hour trading volume was about $11.3M, or 0.3% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
RAIN has token contracts on Arbitrum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
