Owning ITOTON: Exposure, Storage and Risks

ITOTON is Ondo’s tokenized version of the iShares Core S&P Total US Stock Market ETF. It is designed to give you economic exposure similar to holding ITOT, including reinvestment of dividends. That is different from buying ETF shares through a regular brokerage account: owning ITOTON does not, by itself, establish that you directly own shares, can vote as a shareholder, or have the same protections and rights as an ETF investor.

Ondo describes its tokenized stocks and ETFs as available for minting and redemption around the clock, five days a week, with access to traditional exchange liquidity. The product is intended for eligible non-U.S. retail and institutional users, but restrictions apply. Check Ondo’s current eligibility and redemption terms before relying on the token for access to the underlying exposure. ITOTON is not a general-purpose payment token or a native coin used to secure a blockchain.

ITOTON is issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana; it is not native to any of them. To hold it yourself, use a wallet that supports the specific chain and token standard on which you receive it. A wallet address on one chain will not automatically receive tokens sent on another, even if the address format looks familiar.

Before transferring or buying, confirm the exact network and token contract through Ondo’s official channels. The contract addresses are not included here, so do not select a token based only on its name or ticker: unrelated tokens can use the same label. You may need ETH, BNB or SOL, respectively, to pay network transaction fees. Keep a small amount of the right chain’s native coin available if you plan to transfer ITOTON, and check whether your chosen wallet can display and send that token. A transfer to an incompatible address or network may be difficult or impossible to recover.

As of November 7, 2026, reported circulating and total supply were both about 75,094 ITOTON, with no maximum supply reported. The reported price was about $161.01, putting market capitalization and fully diluted valuation at roughly $12.1 million. These figures can change, and a token’s market price is not a guarantee that you can redeem it for that amount or at all times.

The 24-hour trading volume was about $987 on that date, a small figure that can make it harder to trade promptly at a price close to the one you see. Check the current market depth and the venue’s trading and redemption terms before placing an order. ITOTON’s intended value is linked to the underlying U.S. stock-market ETF exposure, but token trading conditions, market hours, liquidity and token-specific risks can make its price differ from the ETF’s value. Do not treat a quoted price as a forecast.

Treat ITOTON as both a financial product and a crypto token. The ETF exposure can fall when the underlying U.S. stock market falls; token holders also face risks tied to the issuer, custody and redemption arrangements, smart contracts, blockchain outages, wallet mistakes and thin trading. The token’s economic exposure should not be assumed to give you the same legal rights or protections as holding ETF shares directly.

For self-custody, store your recovery phrase offline, never share it, and check the network and recipient address carefully before sending. Consider a hardware wallet for long-term storage, and test a new destination with a small transfer when practical. A self-custody wallet protects access credentials, not the value of the token or an issuer’s ability to honor a redemption. Check current eligibility, redemption conditions and applicable local rules before acquiring ITOTON; access and restrictions can vary by user and jurisdiction.
