## What does holding Forte AUD mean?

Forte AUD (AUDF) is a stablecoin designed to represent one Australian dollar on a blockchain. Its stated aim is to keep a 1:1 peg to AUD, so it is intended to track the Australian dollar rather than behave like a token with a floating target price.

That peg is a goal, not a guarantee that you can always buy or redeem AUDF for exactly one Australian dollar. The token may be useful if you want an AUD-denominated asset for on-chain transfers or trading, but those uses depend on the wallets and services that support it. Check whether a service lets you deposit and withdraw AUDF on the specific network you plan to use.

AUDF’s quoted US-dollar price can differ from $1 because the Australian dollar itself moves against the US dollar, and because token trading prices can move away from the intended peg. A price near $0.70 USD, for example, does not by itself show that AUDF has lost its AUD peg.

## Which networks and wallets support AUDF?

AUDF is issued on Ethereum, Base, Polygon and Avalanche. It is not the native coin of any of those networks, so you need a wallet that supports the network you choose and the AUDF token on that network. A token shown under the same ticker on another chain may not be the same asset.

Before receiving AUDF, confirm the network and token contract address with a trusted Forte channel or the service sending it. A transfer sent on the wrong network may not arrive in a form you can access. Keep the network’s native coin in your wallet as well: you may need it to pay transaction fees when sending tokens, and those fees are separate from AUDF.

The token facts do not identify a particular wallet that supports AUDF. Check directly in your wallet that it supports the selected chain and can display or manage the correct token. If you use an exchange or another service instead of a self-custody wallet, check its supported deposit and withdrawal networks before transferring.

## How much AUDF exists, and what backs the peg?

As of November 8, 2026, AUDF had about 5.25 million tokens in circulation and about 5.25 million total tokens. No maximum supply is listed. These figures can change, so check a current token contract or market source before relying on them for a transaction.

The reported price was about $0.70 USD on that date, with a market value of roughly $3.7 million. Since AUDF targets the Australian dollar, its USD value will also reflect the AUD-to-USD exchange rate. The market price can additionally vary between platforms or move away from the target peg, especially if trading is thin.

Supply and market value do not tell you whether tokens can be redeemed directly for Australian dollars or what assets support the peg. Forte does not publish reserve, redemption, or audit details in the project information described here. If direct redemption matters to you, confirm the terms, eligibility, minimums and process with Forte before treating AUDF as cash-equivalent.

## How can you store AUDF more safely?

For self-custody, choose a wallet that supports AUDF on the exact network you intend to use. Keep your recovery phrase offline and private; anyone who obtains it can generally control the wallet. Do not enter it into a website or share it with someone offering to help. A hardware wallet can keep signing keys offline, but it does not protect you from sending AUDF to the wrong address or network.

For a first transfer, verify the recipient address, network and token contract, then consider sending a small test amount if the fees make that practical. Check that the token appears in the receiving wallet before sending more. Keep enough of the network’s native coin to cover future transaction fees.

If you leave AUDF with a custodian, you rely on that service to safeguard assets and process withdrawals. Review its AUDF network support, withdrawal conditions and account security options. Keep recovery details and account credentials separate, and never approve a wallet transaction you do not understand.

## What could go wrong when you hold AUDF?

AUDF carries several risks beyond ordinary wallet mistakes. The 1:1 AUD target can break if market demand weakens or confidence in the token falls. Forte does not publish reserve and audit details in the project information described here, so you cannot use those details to assess the amount or quality of backing. Redemption rights and procedures also need confirmation before you rely on the token as a direct claim on Australian dollars.

Trading liquidity may be limited. On November 8, 2026, reported 24-hour volume was about $1,900, which can make it harder to trade a larger amount near the intended peg. Market prices can vary by platform, and a quoted price is not a promise of a one-for-one redemption.

There are also smart-contract, network and custody risks. A contract flaw, network outage, bridge issue or service failure could affect access or transfers. Check the network carefully, avoid unverified token copies, and do not hold money you cannot afford to have temporarily inaccessible or lose.

By the numbers

Forte AUD in numbers

Forte AUD (AUDF) is ranked #1,900 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $3.66M and a price of $0.6974 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($3.66M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.

The price was down 0.6% over 7 days, down 1.0% over 30 days. It trades about 4% below its all-time high of $0.7260, set on May 6, 2026.

About 5.25M AUDF are in circulation. No hard maximum supply is listed, so new tokens can still be issued.

24-hour trading volume was about $1.87K, or 0.1% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

AUDF has token contracts on 4 chains we track, including Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Avalanche. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
