## What does VERONA do?
Verona describes VERONA as the token behind a network that verifies information with zero-knowledge proofs and lets users authorize services or AI agents to reuse proofs. The project says agents’ on-chain actions settle in VERONA, while gas is abstracted away from users. That means the token’s role is not simply to pay visible transaction fees.
Verona also says network revenue and Burnt’s enterprise revenue support periodic token buybacks and burns. Treat those as project claims, not guaranteed returns or a fixed source of demand: revenue, buyback size and timing can change, and burns do not ensure a higher token price. Check whether the project publishes verifiable records of revenue, repurchases and tokens burned before relying on this model.
Verona was formerly known as XION. If you held XION, confirm the current token and migration instructions through official Verona channels before moving or swapping anything. Don’t assume an old token contract or exchange listing automatically represents the current VERONA token.
## Which chain and wallet support VERONA?
VERONA’s issuing chain is not clearly identified. Verona describes a decentralized network, and some public descriptions call it a Layer 1, but you should not infer a deposit network from those labels alone. The token is also categorized across several ecosystems, which is not enough to establish where a particular token contract lives.
Before sending VERONA to a wallet or exchange, check the exact network and token contract address against Verona’s official channels and the receiving platform’s deposit instructions. The sending and receiving networks must match. A transfer on an unsupported chain can be difficult or impossible to recover.
Use a wallet that explicitly supports the verified network and token standard. If you plan to self-custody, make a small test transfer first when practical. Never rely on a token name or ticker alone: unrelated tokens can use the same name or symbol. Verona’s token materials should also make clear how former XION holders can migrate, if a migration applies to your holdings.
## How much VERONA is circulating?
As of 2026-11-08, VERONA has a maximum and total supply of 200 million tokens, with about 92.7 million circulating. That leaves roughly 107.3 million outside the reported circulating supply. The difference matters: future releases or changes in circulating supply can affect dilution and the share of the total supply represented by your holdings.
On that date, the reported price was about $0.107, market capitalization about $9.9 million and fully diluted valuation about $21.4 million. These are snapshots, not stable values. Market capitalization generally uses circulating supply, while fully diluted valuation estimates the value of the maximum supply at the current price; neither tells you whether the token is easy to sell at that price.
Before making a decision, look for the release schedule, allocation details and current circulation figures. A maximum supply does not by itself explain when remaining tokens may enter circulation or who controls them. Don’t treat proposed buybacks or burns as a substitute for checking supply changes.
## How can you store VERONA safely?
For self-custody, first confirm the token’s current contract and network. Then choose a wallet that supports that exact network; a wallet displaying a token name is not proof that it has added the correct asset. Keep your recovery phrase offline, private and separate from the device you use to access the wallet. Anyone with that phrase can control the assets, and legitimate support staff will not need it.
Use a hardware wallet if it suits your needs, and carefully verify addresses and transaction details on the device before approving. Keep a small amount of the network’s required transaction asset if the wallet needs it for transfers; Verona’s gas-abstraction claims do not guarantee that every wallet operation is free or that every route abstracts fees.
If you hold VERONA on an exchange, check that deposits and withdrawals are enabled on the same network you intend to use. Test with a small transfer when appropriate. Avoid unsolicited links, fake migration offers and requests to connect your wallet or share your recovery phrase.
## What could go wrong when you hold VERONA?
VERONA carries the usual token risks, plus uncertainty about whether its stated network economics will work as described. Revenue, agent activity and buybacks may not develop as expected; claims about enterprise revenue or token burns do not guarantee that holders receive value. Verify any reported burns and supply changes rather than relying on promotional statements.
The project’s use of zero-knowledge proofs does not, on its own, prove that a fact was accurate at its source or that an implementation protects data in every situation. Smart-contract flaws, compromised credentials, governance decisions or network outages can also affect access and security. Verona’s public materials should disclose audits and any relevant limitations; don’t assume an audit exists if one is not published.
VERONA’s price and liquidity can move sharply, and the reported market size is not a promise that you can sell quickly near a quoted price. Confirm the token contract, chain, exchange support and withdrawal conditions before transferring. Only commit funds you can afford to lose, and be cautious of claims of guaranteed returns.

What blockchain is VERONA on?
VERONA’s issuing chain is not clearly identified, so confirm the exact network and contract through official Verona channels before using a wallet or exchange. A ticker or token name alone is not enough to identify the correct asset.
What is VERONA’s total supply?

How do I store VERONA safely?
Use a wallet that supports VERONA’s verified network and token contract. Keep your recovery phrase offline and never share it; confirm the receiving platform supports deposits and withdrawals on the same network before transferring.
Is VERONA the same as XION?
Verona was formerly known as XION. If you hold XION, check official Verona migration guidance and verify the destination token contract before swapping or transferring; don’t assume an old token is automatically interchangeable.
