Owning TQQQON: Uses, Storage and Risks

TQQQON is an Ondo tokenized asset that represents ProShares UltraPro QQQ. It is intended to give you economic exposure related to that ETF through a blockchain token; it is not the ETF itself or a native cryptocurrency with its own network. Token holders should check Ondo’s current product terms to understand what rights the token provides. Do not assume it gives you the same ownership, voting rights, dividend treatment or redemption options as holding ETF shares through a brokerage account.

The underlying ETF uses leverage to target three times the daily performance of the Nasdaq-100 before fees and expenses. That daily target matters: over periods longer than one day, compounding can make its return differ substantially from three times the index’s cumulative return. TQQQON can therefore carry both the risks of a tokenized product and the sharp swings associated with a leveraged ETF. Consider whether you understand those mechanics before holding it.

TQQQON is issued on Ethereum, Solana and BNB Chain. It is not native to any of those networks, so make sure the chain you select for receiving or sending it matches the chain used by the other wallet or service. A transfer sent on the wrong network may be difficult or impossible to recover.

Use a wallet that supports the relevant network and token standard. For example, an Ethereum or BNB Chain wallet needs EVM-network support, while a Solana wallet needs Solana support. Wallet names alone do not prove that a particular TQQQON token is supported. Verify the token’s contract or mint address against Ondo’s official information before adding it, and check that the receiving service accepts deposits of this exact asset on that chain. Keep the address and network details private from anyone who asks you to share your recovery phrase.

For self-custody, use a wallet that supports TQQQON on the specific chain you need. Keep your recovery phrase offline and private, and consider a hardware wallet if it supports the token and network. A wallet may display a token balance without verifying that the token is genuine, so confirm the token identifier before receiving or interacting with it.

If you leave TQQQON with a trading or custody service, you rely on that provider’s security, withdrawal policies and continued support for the asset. If you self-custody, you are responsible for protecting your keys and choosing the correct network for every transfer.
