ORCLON is not the same thing as buying Oracle shares through a brokerage. The token’s description promises economic exposure, but does not establish that holders receive ordinary shareholder rights, such as voting. Before relying on a particular right or redemption option, check Ondo’s current product terms. The value can also move with Oracle stock and with the token’s own market price, which may not track the stock perfectly at every moment.

ORCLON is listed as issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Hyperliquid L1 and Solana. These are separate networks: a token sent to an address on the wrong chain may be difficult or impossible to recover.
