What does holding NTBILL give you?

NTBILL is the Nest Treasury Vault’s token: a vault share intended to give holders exposure to yield from tokenized real-world assets. The vault is described as focusing on AAA-rated Treasuries associated with Anemoy, M^0 and Mountain Protocol. It is not a native network coin, and holding NTBILL is not the same as holding a Treasury bill directly.

Nest describes vault tokens as ERC-20 receipts that represent a share of a vault. In general, a vault’s value can reflect yield earned by its assets, but that does not make returns fixed or guaranteed. The token may be useful if you want onchain exposure to a managed Treasury-focused vault, but check the vault’s current assets, deposit and exit terms, and any restrictions before you acquire it. Nest does not publish a guaranteed return for NTBILL.

Which networks and wallets can hold NTBILL?

NTBILL is issued on Ethereum, Plume Mainnet and Arbitrum. These are separate networks, so a token displayed on one chain is not automatically available on the others. Before sending or receiving NTBILL, confirm that your wallet and the service you are using support the same network and the correct token contract.

A self-custody wallet that supports the relevant network and ERC-20 tokens can hold the token; a hardware wallet can keep its signing keys offline. Wallet support alone does not ensure that you can deposit, trade or redeem NTBILL through a particular service. If the token does not appear, check the network and contract details through Nest’s official channels rather than relying on a similarly named token. Avoid sending it through an unsupported bridge or to an exchange deposit address unless that service explicitly accepts NTBILL on that chain.

How much NTBILL exists, and is there a cap?

As of 2026-11-08, NTBILL’s reported circulating and total supply were both about 4.06 million tokens. No maximum supply is reported, so the current supply figures do not establish a fixed cap or show how issuance may change. The reported market capitalization was about $4.3 million, and the token price was about $1.06 on that date; both figures can move and should not be treated as current beyond that snapshot.

Supply is not a measure of the vault’s safety or the amount you can redeem. For a vault token, check how its share value is calculated, whether new deposits can mint more tokens, and how exits are processed. Nest does not publish a maximum supply for NTBILL. If those mechanics matter to you, read the vault’s current terms before relying on an exchange balance or a market-price display.

How can you store NTBILL more safely?

If you hold NTBILL in a self-custody wallet, protect the recovery phrase offline and never share it with anyone claiming to provide support. Use a device and wallet software you trust, check transaction details before signing, and consider a hardware wallet for keys that control a meaningful amount. A transaction can grant a contract permission to move tokens, so review approvals and revoke permissions you no longer need using a trusted tool.

Keep a record of which network holds your tokens and use the matching network when sending them. Confirm the recipient address and token contract before transferring; blockchain transactions are generally difficult to reverse. For tokens held through a custodian, check how withdrawals, account recovery and asset custody work. A wallet can secure your keys, but it cannot protect you from vault losses, poor liquidity or a change in NTBILL’s market value.

What could go wrong with NTBILL?

NTBILL has risks beyond ordinary wallet security. Its value depends on the vault’s assets and operating arrangements, including the issuers and counterparties connected with tokenized Treasuries. Tokenization can add legal, custody and operational risks; the token should not be assumed to give you direct ownership of Treasury bills or a guaranteed claim on a particular asset. Returns can vary, and a token’s market price can move away from the value you expect.

Smart-contract faults, network outages and low trading liquidity can also make it harder to use or exit. Nest describes vault users as able to enter and exit, but it does not publish specific NTBILL redemption timing, fees or limits. Confirm those terms and the current vault composition before relying on an exit. An audit status for NTBILL is not established here, so do not treat the product description or a Treasury focus as proof that the contracts or returns are risk-free.
