Owning JAAA: Uses, Wallets and Risks

JAAA is Dinari’s tokenized version of the Janus Henderson AAA CLO ETF. The underlying ETF seeks current income by selecting investment-grade, floating-rate collateralized loan obligation (CLO) securities. A CLO packages loans into layers, or tranches; AAA-rated tranches are senior to lower-rated ones but are not risk-free.

The token’s name signals a connection to the ETF, but that alone does not establish what legal rights you receive. Before holding it, check the product’s current terms for how the token is backed, whether and how it can be redeemed, who holds the underlying assets, and what happens if the issuer or a service provider fails. Do not assume that holding JAAA gives you the same shareholder rights as holding the conventional ETF directly.

As of 2026-10-01, JAAA was priced at about $50.48, with a reported market capitalization of about $1.8 million. These figures can change, and a token’s market price may not match the value or trading price of the underlying ETF.

JAAA is issued on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Avalanche and Base. It is not a native asset of any of those networks; it is a token that exists on them. If you plan to hold it in a self-custody wallet, confirm that the wallet supports the specific network and token contract for your JAAA. Sending JAAA to an address on the wrong network can make it difficult or impossible to recover. Check the network on both the sending and receiving sides, and consider a small test transfer when appropriate. You will also need the network’s native token to pay transaction fees.

If you use an exchange or custodian instead, check whether it supports deposits and withdrawals of this exact token on the chain you intend to use. The token adds separate risks: a smart-contract flaw, a compromised wallet, a wrong-network transfer, or a failure involving the issuer, custodian or other service providers. You may also face limited trading, price differences from the underlying ETF, or restrictions on who can buy, hold or redeem it. Do not assume that token ownership provides direct access to the ETF’s assets.

For safer storage, use a wallet you control only if you can protect its recovery phrase offline and verify the JAAA contract and network before receiving tokens. Never share your recovery phrase or sign a transaction you do not understand. If you use a custodian, review its custody and withdrawal terms. Keep only an amount you can afford to lose if access or value is impaired.
