What can you use GRX for?

GRX is the native utility and governance coin of GRX Chain, an EVM-compatible blockchain in the GroveX ecosystem. You can use it to pay network gas fees, stake as a validator or delegator, and vote on on-chain governance proposals. The chain is intended to support DeFi, on-chain trading, payments and other Web3 applications, but those uses depend on projects and activity actually being available on the network.

GRX Chain uses Delegated Proof of Stake. Staking may help secure the network, but it is not the same as holding GRX in a wallet: you may need to delegate to a validator, and staking can involve lockups, validator performance risks or other conditions. GRX Chain does not publish staking terms or validator requirements here, so check those details before committing tokens. Governance rights also do not guarantee that a proposal will pass or that a decision will benefit holders.

Which chain and wallet should you use for GRX?

Native GRX is for GRX Chain. Wrapped GRX (WGRX) is described as an ERC-20-style asset for integrations and decentralized-exchange liquidity, including on GRXswap. Native GRX and WGRX are not automatically interchangeable across networks: sending a token to an address on the wrong chain can leave it inaccessible.

Before withdrawing, depositing or adding a token to a wallet, check the network name and the exact asset contract through an official GRX Chain or GroveX channel. EVM compatibility alone does not prove that a wallet supports GRX Chain or that a displayed GRX token is genuine. The ticker is also used by unrelated crypto assets, so do not identify a token by ticker alone. Use a wallet that explicitly supports the relevant network and asset, and test with a small transfer if you are unsure. No contract address is included here, so do not guess one from a token search.

How many GRX tokens can exist?

GRX has a maximum supply of 10,000,000. As of 2026-11-07, the reported circulating supply was about 9.51 million and total supply about 10.00 million. These are different measures: circulating supply counts tokens considered available in the market, while total supply includes tokens that may not be circulating. Confirm the latest figures before relying on them because supply data can change.

The project describes a burn in which a portion of designated fees is destroyed until a target threshold is reached. That does not mean every transaction burns GRX, and the burn threshold and fee share are not specified here. A maximum supply or burn mechanism does not ensure that demand will rise or that GRX will hold its value. If you compare token supply figures, check whether the data refers to native GRX, WGRX, or both; wrapped tokens can represent tokens held elsewhere and should not automatically be counted as additional native supply.

How can you store GRX without losing access?

Keep your recovery phrase offline and private; anyone who obtains it can control the wallet. Use a wallet that supports GRX Chain, confirm the network before each transaction, and consider a hardware wallet if you hold an amount that would be costly to lose. Never share your seed phrase with a support agent or enter it into a website to claim, verify or recover tokens. Check the destination address and asset carefully, since crypto transfers are generally difficult to reverse.

GRX Chain and the GroveX exchange are described as being operated by separate legal entities, despite their close product integration. Do not assume that exchange account protections apply to self-custodied GRX, or that holding GRX gives you a claim on the exchange. Network, validator, smart-contract, custody and market risks remain. GRX Chain's audit status is not published here; verify any security claims and understand the risks before staking or interacting with DeFi applications.

By the numbers

GRX Chain in numbers

GRX Chain (GRX) is ranked #1,304 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $8.88M and a price of $0.9334 as of Nov 7, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $9.33M, so roughly 95% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 0.0% over 7 days, down 95.6% over 30 days. It trades about 96% below its all-time high of $25.58, set on Oct 18, 2026.

About 9.51M GRX are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 10M (95% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $311K, or 3.5% of its market cap: moderate turnover.

GRX FAQs

What is GRX used for?

GRX is used to pay gas on GRX Chain, stake through validators or delegators, and take part in on-chain governance. Its use in applications depends on what is available on the network.

Is GRX an ERC-20 token?

Native GRX is for GRX Chain. WGRX is an ERC-20-style wrapped asset intended for integrations and DEX liquidity; check the network and contract before sending either token.

What is the maximum supply of GRX?

GRX has a maximum supply of 10 million. The reported circulating supply was about 9.51 million as of 2026-11-07; figures can change, so check current supply information before relying on them.

Which wallets support GRX?

GRX Chain is described as an EVM-compatible DPoS network, but not every EVM wallet necessarily supports it. Confirm that your wallet supports GRX Chain and verify the asset contract through an official channel before transferring tokens.

Can you stake GRX?

Staking is described as a way to help secure the network, but it can involve validator, lockup and other risks. Check the validator requirements and staking terms before delegating; do not stake funds you may need immediately.

What is the market cap of GRX Chain?

As of Nov 7, 2026, GRX Chain had a market cap of about $8.88M, ranking #1,304 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of GRX?

GRX Chain's all-time high is $25.58, reached on Oct 18, 2026. Its all-time low is $0.8681 (Feb 14, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of GRX?

As of Nov 7, 2026, about 9.51M GRX were in circulation, against a maximum supply of 10M.
