## What does holding FOREST do?

Forest Protocol describes itself as a launchpad and automated market maker (AMM) on BNB Chain. Its platform is intended to let creators launch “Playable Tokens” for games, apps, memes and other digital projects. An AMM is a way to trade tokens through liquidity pools rather than matching each buyer with a seller directly.

That describes the project’s platform, but it does not establish exactly what holding FOREST lets you do. Forest Protocol does not specify in its project description whether FOREST is required for launching tokens, used for fees, grants governance rights or entitles holders to rewards. Treat those as unknown unless the project gives clear, current terms. If you are considering FOREST for a particular feature, check that the feature explicitly names the token and explains its conditions before relying on it.

## Which chains is FOREST on, and how much exists?

FOREST is issued on Ethereum and BNB Chain; it is not listed as the native token of either network. That means the network’s own coin is used for transaction fees: ETH on Ethereum and BNB on BNB Chain. You need the correct network selected when you send or receive FOREST.

The reported supply is 1 billion FOREST in total, with 81 million circulating. The maximum supply is also 1 billion. As of 2026-11-08, the market capitalisation was about $2.5 million and the fully diluted valuation about $31.3 million. The gap reflects the large difference between circulating and maximum supply; it does not show when or how the remaining tokens might enter circulation. Forest Protocol has not specified an allocation or unlock schedule in its project description, so you cannot use it to estimate future releases.

Token figures change. Check the chain and token contract carefully before making a transfer, particularly if a wallet or exchange displays more than one FOREST listing.

## How can you store FOREST safely?

Use a wallet that supports the network on which your FOREST is held. For a transfer on Ethereum, select Ethereum and have ETH available for network fees; for a BNB Chain transfer, select BNB Chain and keep some BNB for fees. A transfer sent through the wrong network may be difficult or impossible to recover.

Before adding the token or sending funds, verify the contract address through Forest Protocol’s official channels. A matching name or ticker is not enough: unrelated tokens can use the same name. Do not assume that a token held on one chain will automatically appear on the other, or move it between chains unless you understand the bridge or transfer service involved.

For longer-term storage, consider a hardware wallet if you can manage its recovery phrase securely. Never share that phrase or a private key, and be cautious of messages asking you to connect your wallet or sign an unfamiliar transaction. A signature can authorize actions, not just confirm a login.

## What risks should FOREST holders weigh?

FOREST is a small-cap token with substantial price risk. It traded around $0.031 as of 2026-11-08; its reported one-year change was down about 54% on that date. Past prices do not predict future performance, and a quoted price does not guarantee that you can sell your amount at that price. Thin or changing liquidity can make trades move the price sharply or leave you unable to exit when you want.

The project’s launchpad and AMM model also exposes users to risks beyond FOREST itself. Newly launched tokens can lose value, have limited liquidity or be abandoned; using an AMM can involve price slippage and losses if the value of pool assets changes. The description does not set out FOREST holder rights, token unlocks or an audit status, so do not assume protections or future demand that have not been clearly established.

Only commit money you can afford to lose, and check the token contract, network and transaction details before signing.

By the numbers

Forest Protocol in numbers

Forest Protocol (FOREST) is ranked #2,163 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $2.54M and a price of $0.0313 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $31.3M, so roughly 8% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was down 8.7% over 7 days, up 55.8% over 30 days, down 54.2% over the past year. It trades about 87% below its all-time high of $0.2463, set on May 10, 2026.

About 81M FOREST are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 1B (8% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $321K, or 13% of its market cap: high turnover.

FOREST has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including Ethereum, BNB Chain. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

FOREST FAQs

What is Forest Protocol used for?

Forest Protocol describes its platform as a launchpad and AMM on BNB Chain for creating Playable Tokens. Its description does not spell out specific rights or functions for FOREST holders.

Which blockchain networks support FOREST?

FOREST is issued on Ethereum and BNB Chain. Choose the matching network for any transfer, and keep ETH or BNB on that network to pay transaction fees.

What is the maximum supply of FOREST?

The reported maximum and total supply is 1 billion FOREST, with 81 million circulating. Those figures do not explain when the remaining supply may enter circulation.

How do I store FOREST safely?

Use a wallet that supports the correct network and verify the token contract through Forest Protocol’s official channels before sending funds. Keep your recovery phrase private and never sign transactions you do not understand.
