What does holding DINERO give you?
DINERO is Dinero Protocol’s transferable utility and governance token. It is not the protocol’s stablecoin: Dinero describes its wider product suite as including an ETH liquid-staking token, a collateral-backed stablecoin and a public RPC, but DINERO itself represents governance and utility functions within that ecosystem.
That distinction matters if you are considering it as a way to hold dollars. DINERO does not have a stated dollar peg, so you should not treat it as interchangeable with a stablecoin or assume it will keep a fixed value. Its stated role is limited to ecosystem utility and governance; check the specific proposal or product before relying on the token for a particular action.
The project describes DINERO as interoperable within its ecosystem. That does not by itself mean it works across every blockchain or application. The token is issued on Ethereum, and no native-token chain is listed.
Which wallets and network can hold DINERO?
DINERO is issued on Ethereum. If you store it yourself, use a wallet that supports Ethereum tokens, and make sure you are interacting with the correct DINERO token contract. A token name and ticker are not unique identifiers; look for the official contract address through a trusted project channel before receiving or sending funds.
You can keep the token in a self-custody wallet or use a custodial service that supports DINERO. With self-custody, you control the recovery phrase and are responsible for keeping it private. With a custodian, the provider controls the wallet infrastructure, so check its withdrawal rules and account-security options.
For safer storage, never share your recovery phrase or sign a transaction you do not understand. Consider a hardware wallet for longer-term holdings, and test a small transfer before sending a larger amount. Check the network carefully: sending an Ethereum token through an unsupported network or to the wrong address can make it difficult or impossible to recover.
How much DINERO exists, and what can that tell you?
As of 2026-11-02, DINERO had about 1.263 billion tokens in circulation and in total supply, with a stated maximum supply of 1.3 billion. These figures can change if the project’s token supply changes, so check current token information before making a decision.
The same date’s market data put DINERO’s price at about $0.0114 and its market capitalization at about $14.4 million. Reported 24-hour trading volume was unavailable. A quoted price or market capitalization is not a guarantee that you can trade at that value: actual execution depends on available liquidity, the venue and any trading costs.
A relatively small gap between circulating supply and the stated maximum does not make the token stable or low-risk. DINERO can rise or fall in value, and you may not be able to sell quickly at a price close to a displayed quote. Treat supply figures as context, not a forecast.
What can go wrong when you hold DINERO?
The main risks are token-price volatility, limited or changing market liquidity, and the possibility that DINERO’s ecosystem uses do not create demand for the token. Its governance and utility role is not the same as a claim on protocol revenue or a promise of future value. Do not assume the wider Dinero product suite makes DINERO itself a stablecoin.
There are also ordinary Ethereum and self-custody risks. A mistaken transfer, compromised recovery phrase, malicious wallet approval or unsafe contract interaction can result in lost funds. Before using DINERO in a protocol, check the exact contract, the permissions a transaction requests, and whether the relevant contracts have been independently audited. An audit, where one exists, cannot remove all risk.
Only hold an amount you can afford to lose. Keep recovery phrases offline, use a separate wallet for unfamiliar applications, and review token approvals periodically. If you cannot confirm the token contract or understand a transaction, do not sign it.

Dinero (DINERO) is ranked #1,002 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $14.4M and a price of $0.0114 as of Nov 2, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($14.4M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.
The price was down 8.7% over 7 days, down 8.0% over 30 days, up 5.4% over the past year. It trades about 94% below its all-time high of $0.1946, set on Jul 29, 2024.
About 1.26B DINERO are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 1.3B (97% issued).
DINERO has token contracts on Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
