What can you use ALEPH for?

Aleph Cloud is a decentralized cloud platform for storage, databases and computing, designed to work with blockchains. ALEPH is associated with paying for services, incentivizing node operators and staking connected to access. That does not mean every Aleph Cloud service requires you to hold ALEPH: check the current terms for the specific service before buying tokens to use it. The project has also described a credit system that can convert ALEPH or stablecoins into cloud credits, but confirm whether that option is currently available and what conversion terms apply.

For you as a holder, the practical question is whether you need the token for a service or want exposure to the project. These are different reasons to hold it. Service demand, node incentives and staking arrangements can change, and a token’s stated role does not guarantee demand or value. ALEPH is a utility token associated with a cloud platform, not a claim on ownership of the company or a guaranteed return.

Which ALEPH network should your wallet use?

ALEPH is issued on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Avalanche. It is a token on those networks, not the native currency of any of them. Before you receive or send ALEPH, check that the wallet, exchange and destination support the same network. A token shown under one network may not be transferable directly to another; moving it across chains can require a bridge or other conversion service, which adds risk.

Use a wallet that supports the network you intend to use and can display or import the correct ALEPH token. Do not rely on a ticker search alone: unrelated tokens can share a symbol. Verify the token’s official contract address and network through Aleph Cloud’s own channels before adding it or sending funds. The contract addresses are not listed here, so do not copy an address from an unverified message or search result.

If you use an exchange, check its ALEPH deposit and withdrawal networks before transferring. Sending tokens over an unsupported chain can delay recovery or make the funds inaccessible.

How much ALEPH is in circulation?

As of 2026-11-08, ALEPH had about 351 million tokens circulating, out of a total and maximum supply of 500 million. That means roughly 70% of the stated maximum was circulating at that point. The remaining amount is not automatically available to trade: release timing, allocation and actual distribution affect when tokens may enter circulation. Check current token information before relying on these figures, since supply can change.

ALEPH’s market price and trading activity can also move sharply. On 2026-11-08, its price was about $0.013 and its market capitalization about $4.6 million; these are dated snapshots, not current quotes or forecasts. A relatively small market capitalization can mean that large orders have a noticeable effect on price, and thin trading can make it harder to sell at an expected price.

Do not treat the maximum supply as a price target or a guarantee of scarcity-driven gains. Consider how much of your portfolio you could afford to lose and whether you understand the token’s release and use mechanisms.

How do you store ALEPH, and what can go wrong?

Store ALEPH in a wallet that supports its specific network, and keep your recovery phrase offline and private. Anyone with that phrase may be able to control the wallet. Never share it with someone claiming to offer support, and be wary of links, messages or websites asking you to connect a wallet or approve a transaction. Check the network and recipient address carefully before confirming a transfer.

If you hold ALEPH on an exchange, the exchange controls the private keys and may set its own withdrawal rules. A self-custody wallet gives you control of the keys but also makes you responsible for backups, device security and correct network selection. Test a new destination with a small transfer when practical, while accounting for network fees.

The main risks include sharp price changes, changing token utility or service terms, smart-contract or bridge vulnerabilities, and sending tokens on the wrong network. Decentralized cloud infrastructure also does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Holding ALEPH does not ensure access to a particular service or protect you from technical failures.
