HypePad Review: Should You Launch a Coin?

HypePad lets you launch a Pump.fun coin and direct a share of its creator fees into a Hyperliquid market, trader, vault, position or asset. The mechanics are unusually specific, but fees, audits and the platform’s custody controls are not published.

Quick take

HypePad may suit experienced Solana creators who want a Pump.fun coin’s creator fees to fund a Hyperliquid strategy. Its key appeal is the choice of five pairings and an automated flow that can send profits back to buy and burn the coin. Before launching, check the full costs and who controls the treasury: HypePad does not publish a complete fee schedule, audit or detailed custody controls.

Who Hypepad suits

Good for

  • Solana creators who want to assign a Pump.fun coin’s creator fees to a specific Hyperliquid strategy.
  • Experienced traders comfortable assessing leverage, vaults and treasury risks before launching a token.
  • Creators who want configurable fee sharing and on-chain buybacks rather than simply keeping all creator fees.

Not for

  • Newcomers who are not comfortable with Pump.fun tokens, bridges or trading risk.
  • Creators who need published platform fees, independent audits or clear custody protections before committing funds.
  • Anyone expecting a guaranteed buyback, profit or protection from losses.

What does HypePad do with your coin’s creator fees?

HypePad is a launch and fee-routing tool for Pump.fun coins. At launch, you choose what share of the coin’s creator fees—between 10% and 100%—goes to a dedicated treasury. That money can then fund one of five Hyperliquid pairings: a perpetual market, a specific trader, a vault, a directional position or a spot asset. The coin itself stays on Solana; the creator fees are bridged to Hyperliquid, converted to USDC where needed and put to work according to the pairing.

If a strategy makes profit above its previous high-water mark, the configured buyback share can be used to buy the coin, with those purchased tokens burned. This is not an automatic reward for every coin holder: the strategy must make qualifying profit, and the buyback is not guaranteed. HypePad also offers backtests using historical Hyperliquid prices. Treat these as simulations, not evidence that a pairing will perform the same way in future markets.

What does it cost to route fees through HypePad?

The fee share is a meaningful cost: you choose to send 10–100% of creator fees to the pairing, and only the remainder stays with you. HypePad does not publish a complete schedule of platform, trading, bridge or vault fees, so you cannot calculate the full cost from the launch settings alone. Hyperliquid trading may also involve trading costs, while a vault or trader strategy can have its own performance and risk characteristics; confirm the applicable terms before choosing one.

There are operational thresholds in the published flow. The system keeps 0.015 SOL for gas, bridges when at least 0.15 SOL is spare, and collects creator fees once 0.003 SOL or more is waiting. The smallest stated Hyperliquid order is $11, and buyback funds are sent home at $15 or more. HypePad says its engine runs every five minutes, so these are automated cycles rather than instant transfers. Include the possibility of delays and losses when deciding how much fee revenue to allocate.

How much can you trust HypePad with creator fees?

HypePad describes a treasury belonging to each coin and says the flow uses public accounts. It also says creator fees travel from Solana through a bridge to Hyperliquid, then any qualifying buyback returns to Solana. These details help you understand the proposed route, but public accounts do not by themselves show who can authorize transactions, how keys are protected or what happens if an operator or contract fails.

HypePad does not publish an independent audit, a licence or detailed custody controls. It also does not set out a clear security or incident history in its product description. That leaves important trust questions unanswered, especially because creator fees cross chains and can be exposed to trading strategies. Before launching, inspect the coin’s treasury and transaction history, read the launch and pairing terms, and avoid committing fee revenue you cannot afford to lose. Do not assume that a public address means funds are trustless or recoverable.

What happens after you pick a Hyperliquid pairing?

The workflow starts with a Pump.fun coin on Solana, whose fee-sharing configuration directs your chosen portion of creator fees to its own treasury. HypePad’s described flow keeps some SOL for gas, bridges spare funds to a coin-specific Hyperliquid account and converts arriving USOL into USDC. Perp pairings then use the perp account; other pairing types deposit or allocate funds according to their selected strategy. The service says it rebalances every five minutes, with a stated 20% deviation trigger for rebalancing.

You choose the pairing and limits at launch. Market and position strategies can use leverage; trader pairings mirror a selected trader, while vault pairings depend on a vault’s returns. Asset pairings buy and hold a spot asset without leverage, but the asset price can still fall. HypePad shows a web interface with launch, coin, activity, backtest and pairing areas. The product description does not establish mobile-app support or publish processing guarantees, so check that the interface and transaction flow suit your wallet before committing.

Could a pairing lose the fees meant for your coin?

The main risk is that creator-fee revenue is exposed to a strategy that can lose money. HypePad’s example uses a 3x leveraged market strategy and a 25% stop-loss; its displayed 90-day scenario shows fees paid in exceeding the treasury value, with a loss and no buybacks. That example is not a forecast, but it illustrates why creator fees can be consumed without benefiting the coin. A stop-loss closes positions after a loss threshold and then waits three days, but it does not guarantee an execution price or prevent every loss.

Risk differs by pairing. A leveraged perp market, a copied trader and a directional position can all lose money; copying a trader copies losses as well as positions. Vaults have their own strategies and can lose value. Spot assets avoid leverage in HypePad’s design but remain exposed to falling prices. The platform says the risk limits are locked to the coin. Review leverage, stop-loss, fee share and buyback settings before launch, and do not mistake historical backtests or past trader performance for a reliable guide to future results.

Who should use HypePad—and who should skip it?

HypePad is best suited to creators who already understand Solana token launches and are comfortable evaluating Hyperliquid strategies. The five pairing types offer more control than simply holding creator fees, but that control comes with the work of choosing a strategy, setting risk limits and monitoring the treasury. It may appeal if you specifically want some of a coin’s fee revenue to fund a market, trader, vault, position or spot asset, with qualifying profits routed into token buybacks.

Pick something else if you need a clear all-in cost before launch, independently audited contracts, published custody safeguards or a low-risk way to manage token revenue. The product description leaves those points unclear. It is also a poor fit if you expect creator fees to guarantee token demand: buybacks depend on profitable performance and threshold amounts, and burning bought tokens does not ensure a higher market price. If you proceed, start by reviewing the exact launch settings and the selected pairing’s own risks rather than relying on the backtest headline.

Hypepad FAQs

What is HypePad and how does it work?

HypePad launches coins on Pump.fun, and the coin stays on Solana. Its selected share of creator fees is sent through a bridge to Hyperliquid, where it funds the chosen pairing. Profits above the previous high-water mark can fund coin buybacks; bought tokens are burned.

What fees does HypePad charge?

You choose a fee share of 10–100% at launch; the rest stays yours. HypePad does not publish a separate platform fee or a full schedule of trading, vault or bridge costs, so check those costs before launching. Its documented flow also keeps 0.015 SOL for gas and bridges when at least 0.15 SOL is spare.

Is HypePad safe to use?

No audit, licence or detailed custody-control information is published. HypePad says each coin has its own treasury and public accounts, but public addresses alone do not establish who can control funds or what protections you have. Treat the treasury as exposed to technical and operational risk.

Can you make money with HypePad?

No. HypePad’s backtest is a historical simulation, not a prediction or guarantee. The example shown uses 3x leverage and a 25% stop-loss, and reports a loss; leveraged positions can lose money, and a stop-loss does not prevent every possible loss.

How do you launch a coin on HypePad?

You need a Solana wallet to launch and manage the Pump.fun coin. The chosen pairing then operates on Hyperliquid, with SOL creator fees bridged to the coin’s Hyperliquid account. Check the launch settings and fee share before confirming.
