What does UP do on up.?

UP is the liquid token used by up., a decentralized exchange and liquidity marketplace on Robinhood Chain. The protocol has two pool types: v2-style pools for volatile and stable pairs, and concentrated-liquidity pools. Its router compares both designs and sends a swap through the route it quotes as the best execution; that does not guarantee the best result in every market condition.

UP is also distributed as emissions to liquidity providers who stake in pool gauges. If you lock UP, you receive veUP, an NFT position with voting power. You can lock for up to four years or choose a permanent lock. In each seven-day epoch, veUP holders vote on which gauges receive UP emissions. Voters receive protocol trading fees and third-party incentives from the pools they support, while staked liquidity providers can earn the emissions.

If you are considering UP, distinguish holding the token from using it to vote or provide liquidity. Each activity has different risks: a token balance is exposed to price changes, while locking or staking adds restrictions and smart-contract exposure.

Which chain and wallet should you use for UP?

UP is an ERC-20 token issued on Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 built using Arbitrum Nitro. The project describes its contracts as immutable and verified on the Robinhood Chain block explorer. That does not mean they have been independently audited or that the protocol is free of bugs.

To hold UP yourself, choose an EVM-compatible wallet that explicitly supports Robinhood Chain. Add the network only using details confirmed by the project, then check the token contract address against the project’s official materials before adding or transferring UP. A token name and ticker alone are not enough to identify the correct asset; unrelated tokens can use the same name or symbol.

Before sending funds, confirm that both the sending and receiving wallet support Robinhood Chain and that you have the chain’s required gas token for transactions. A transfer to an unsupported network or an incorrect contract address can make funds difficult or impossible to recover. Do not assume that a wallet listing UP on another chain is showing the same token.

How much UP is circulating, and is supply capped?

UP has no published maximum supply. As of 2026-11-08, the circulating supply was about 25.4 million UP and the total supply about 322.1 million. Circulating supply is the amount counted as circulating; total supply includes tokens outside that figure. Because UP is paid out as emissions, the amount in circulation can change over time.

For context, the reported price was about $0.18 on 2026-11-08, with a market capitalization of about $4.7 million and a fully diluted valuation of about $59 million. These are dated snapshots, not fixed values or forecasts. The gap between market capitalization and fully diluted valuation reflects the difference between circulating and total supply at that price; it does not say when or how any remaining tokens will enter circulation.

If you are assessing dilution, check current supply figures and the project’s emissions information before relying on an old quote. The project description explains that emissions are directed to liquidity-pool gauges, but does not give a schedule for future supply changes.

How can you store UP and avoid wallet mistakes?

For a self-custody wallet, protect the recovery phrase offline and never share it with anyone claiming to offer support. A hardware wallet can keep signing keys away from an internet-connected device, but it cannot protect you if you approve a malicious transaction or send UP to the wrong address. Test a new destination with a small transfer if you can afford the network fee.

Keep some of the network’s gas token available for transactions on Robinhood Chain. Check the chain and token address before approving transfers or connecting your wallet to up. Read each wallet prompt: a swap, token approval, liquidity deposit, and veUP lock authorize different actions. Avoid approving unlimited token allowances unless you understand the exposure, and review or revoke permissions you no longer need using a trusted wallet tool.

If you lock UP for veUP, understand the chosen duration before signing. A time-based lock can restrict access until it expires; a permanent lock may not be withdrawable. Do not treat a lock or an NFT position as a way to keep UP readily available.

What could go wrong when you hold, lock or stake UP?

UP carries the usual risks of a DeFi token: its market price can move sharply, and you may not be able to sell at the price you expect. Liquidity can be thin, especially during volatile periods. A market-cap figure or a recent trading volume does not guarantee that you can exit a position without significant slippage.

Using the exchange adds smart-contract and transaction risks. Verified, immutable contracts can still contain vulnerabilities; immutability can also make a faulty contract harder to change. Concentrated-liquidity positions can lose value through price movement and may require more active management than simply holding tokens. Staking LP tokens exposes you to pool risks as well as the possibility that emissions change in value. Voting rewards and third-party incentives are not guaranteed to remain at a particular level.

Locking UP trades flexibility for voting rights and potential rewards. Consider whether you can accept the lock period or permanent commitment, and never rely on rewards to offset a loss. Do not use money you need for essentials or assume that past prices or returns will continue.

By the numbers

up in numbers

up (UP) is ranked #1,725 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $4.65M and a price of $0.1830 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $59.0M, so roughly 8% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.

The price was up 15.6% over 7 days, down 9.0% over 30 days. It trades about 88% below its all-time high of $1.58, set on Sep 1, 2026.

About 25.42M UP are in circulation, from a total supply of 322.12M. No hard maximum supply is listed.

24-hour trading volume was about $1.31M, or 28% of its market cap: very high turnover.

UP has token contracts on Robinhood Chain. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

UP FAQs

What network is UP on?

UP is issued on Robinhood Chain, an Ethereum Layer 2 built using Arbitrum Nitro. Use a wallet that explicitly supports that network, and verify the token contract address before transferring.

What is UP used for?

The project describes UP as an ERC-20 token distributed as emissions to liquidity providers who stake in gauges. Locking UP mints veUP, an NFT position used to vote on how emissions are directed.

Does UP have a maximum supply?

No maximum supply is published. As of 2026-11-08, circulating supply was about 25.4 million UP and total supply about 322.1 million; both can change.

Can you unlock veUP?

UP can be locked for up to four years or permanently to mint veUP. A time-based lock restricts access until it expires, while a permanent lock may not be withdrawable, so check the terms before signing.

Has UP been audited, and is it safe?

The project describes its contracts as immutable and verified on the Robinhood Chain block explorer, but that alone is not an independent security audit. Smart-contract bugs, price volatility, thin liquidity and lock restrictions remain risks.

What is the market cap of up?

As of Nov 8, 2026, up had a market cap of about $4.65M, ranking #1,725 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of UP?

up's all-time high is $1.58, reached on Sep 1, 2026. Its all-time low is $0.0304 (Aug 1, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of UP?

As of Nov 8, 2026, about 25.42M UP were in circulation; no fixed maximum supply is listed.

Which blockchains is UP on?

It has token contracts on Robinhood Chain.
