What does RSUP do, and how is it different from reUSD?
Resupply (RSUP) is the protocol token; reUSD is the stablecoin the protocol issues. Resupply is designed to let users borrow reUSD against positions involving crvUSD or frxUSD, using collateralized debt positions (CDPs). Those stablecoins are placed in lending markets, and the protocol’s model aims to set borrowing costs in relation to the interest earned. That design does not guarantee a stable reUSD price or a profit for borrowers.
The project describes emissions for an insurance pool, voting incentives and borrowers. It says borrower emissions are linked to revenue generated for Resupply. These details describe the protocol’s incentive design, but don’t establish that simply holding RSUP gives you a particular share of fees, emissions or voting power. Check the current token contract and protocol documentation before relying on any specific token right.
How much RSUP exists, and where does it run?
RSUP is issued on Ethereum; it is not listed as the native token of a blockchain. As of 2026-11-08, about 29.6 million RSUP were circulating from a total supply of about 78.4 million. No maximum supply is published in these token figures, so don’t treat the total supply as a hard cap. The gap between circulating and total supply means additional tokens may enter circulation, though the timing and release schedule are not established here.
The token’s price was about $0.056 as of 2026-11-08, with a market capitalization of about $1.7 million. These figures can change quickly, and a small market can make it harder to trade at a desired price. Check the current circulating supply, liquidity and contract information before making a transaction. Historical prices—including the reported all-time high—do not indicate what RSUP will be worth in the future.
How can you store RSUP without losing control of it?
You need an Ethereum-compatible wallet to hold RSUP on its issued chain. Before sending funds or adding a token, verify the RSUP contract address through Resupply’s official channels; a token name or ticker alone is not proof that you have the right asset. Never use an address sent to you in an unsolicited message.
For self-custody, keep your recovery phrase offline and private. A hardware wallet can reduce exposure to malware when signing transactions, but it cannot prevent you from approving a malicious contract or sending tokens to the wrong address. Review each transaction’s network, destination and permissions. Revoke approvals you no longer need using a reputable Ethereum tool, and beware of fake support accounts asking for your seed phrase. If you keep RSUP on an exchange, check that it supports withdrawals on Ethereum and understand that you rely on the exchange to safeguard and release your assets.
What could go wrong with RSUP or Resupply’s stablecoin?
Resupply’s CDP design has smart-contract and collateral risks: a bug, exploit, liquidation or failure in a lending market could affect positions and the protocol’s ability to operate. A reported 2025 exploit is an added reason for caution. Before using the protocol, look for a clear account of what happened, what was affected and what has changed since; don’t assume a past incident is fully resolved. Resupply has not published an audit status in the project details described here.
reUSD also carries stablecoin risks. Its intended dollar value is not a guarantee, and stress in collateral markets, limited liquidity or redemptions could cause it to trade away from its target. Borrowing adds liquidation risk if collateral values or protocol conditions move against you. RSUP itself is a volatile token, not a substitute for cash. Don’t commit funds you cannot afford to lose, and understand the position and exit route before interacting with a contract.
What should you check before holding or using RSUP?
RSUP may suit you only if you understand the distinction between the protocol token and reUSD, and are comfortable with Ethereum-based DeFi risks. Before buying or using either asset, check the token contract, current supply and trading liquidity, then confirm that the protocol’s contracts and collateral options are still operating as expected.
If you plan to borrow reUSD, work out how liquidation could happen and whether you can repay or add collateral under stress. Don’t judge safety from the stablecoin label or from a stated borrowing-rate formula: rates, collateral markets and contract behavior can change. If you only want to hold RSUP, consider whether you can tolerate substantial price swings and whether you have a secure way to store it. No published maximum supply is given, so review token issuance details rather than assuming supply is capped.
By the numbers
Resupply in numbers
Resupply (RSUP) is ranked #2,542 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $1.67M and a price of $0.0564 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $4.42M, so roughly 38% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 36.2% over 7 days, down 51.5% over 30 days, down 87.9% over the past year. It trades about 99% below its all-time high of $4.59, set on Mar 20, 2025.
About 29.61M RSUP are in circulation, from a total supply of 78.39M. No hard maximum supply is listed.
24-hour trading volume was about $18.3K, or 1.1% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.
RSUP has token contracts on Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
RSUP is linked to Resupply, which we cover in our CDPs rankings. See our Resupply page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

RSUP FAQs
Is RSUP the same as reUSD?
No. RSUP is Resupply’s protocol token, while reUSD is the stablecoin issued through its CDP design. Their roles and risks are different.
Which network is RSUP on?
RSUP is issued on Ethereum. Use an Ethereum-compatible wallet and verify the token contract address through Resupply’s official channels before adding or transferring it.
What is the RSUP supply?
As of 2026-11-08, about 29.6 million RSUP were circulating and total supply was about 78.4 million. No maximum supply is listed in these figures.
What is Resupply used for?
Resupply’s CDP design lets users borrow reUSD against positions involving crvUSD or frxUSD. The protocol describes emissions for an insurance pool, voting incentives and borrowers, but check current documentation for the exact rights or benefits associated with RSUP.
What are the main risks of Resupply?
A reported 2025 exploit, smart-contract vulnerabilities, lending-market failures, liquidation and reUSD losing its intended peg are all risks to consider. RSUP can also be volatile, and limited trading liquidity can make it harder to exit at a preferred price.
What is the market cap of Resupply?
As of Nov 8, 2026, Resupply had a market cap of about $1.67M, ranking #2,542 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.
What is the all-time high of RSUP?
Resupply's all-time high is $4.59, reached on Mar 20, 2025. Its all-time low is $0.0425 (Jul 17, 2026). Past prices say nothing about future returns.
