What does holding RESOLV actually give you?

RESOLV is Resolv’s utility and governance token; it is not the project’s dollar-pegged stablecoin. Resolv is a stablecoin issuer whose protocol includes USR, described as a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar and backed through a strategy involving crypto assets. That makes RESOLV exposure to the project and its token economy, not a substitute for holding USR or dollars.

Descriptions of RESOLV associate it with voting on protocol decisions and, in some cases, rewards or fee-related participation. Those features do not mean every holder automatically receives income. Check the current governance rules, eligibility conditions, lockups and reward terms before committing tokens. These can change, and any projected yield is not guaranteed.

If you hold RESOLV, consider what you want from it: participation in governance, exposure to the Resolv ecosystem, or simply a tradeable token. The token’s price can move independently of USR’s peg, and neither governance rights nor ecosystem activity guarantees that RESOLV will retain value.

Which wallet and network should you use for RESOLV?

RESOLV is issued on Ethereum and BNB Chain. It is not listed as the native token of either network, so you need to select the correct chain when receiving or sending it. A token sent using the wrong network may not appear in your wallet, and recovery may be difficult or impossible.

Use a wallet that supports the relevant EVM network and the RESOLV token contract. Before receiving funds, confirm the network and contract address through an official Resolv channel; token names and symbols can be copied by unrelated contracts. Do not rely on a wallet’s search results alone. If you use an exchange, check which network it supports for both deposits and withdrawals.

For a small test transfer, account for network fees, which are paid in the chain’s own gas token rather than RESOLV. If you bridge tokens between networks, you also take on bridge and smart-contract risks. Keep your recovery phrase offline, never share it, and beware of anyone offering support who asks you to sign an unexpected transaction.

How much RESOLV exists, and could supply grow?

As of November 8, 2026, RESOLV’s circulating supply is about 514.8 million tokens. Its total and maximum supplies are both 1 billion. These figures describe the token supply, not how many tokens are available to trade or how many may enter circulation later.

The gap between circulating and maximum supply means some tokens are not counted as circulating. Before you assess dilution risk, check Resolv’s current token allocation and release schedule. The project’s release timing and the amount held by different groups are not established here, so do not assume the remaining supply is permanently locked or will be released at a particular pace.

Supply figures can change, and circulating-supply calculations can differ between trackers. Treat them as a snapshot, not a promise about future scarcity or value. A capped maximum supply also does not protect the token’s price: demand, market liquidity, token distributions and the health of the Resolv protocol all matter. Avoid making a holding decision based on supply alone.

What could go wrong if you hold RESOLV?

RESOLV can lose value even if Resolv’s stablecoin continues to operate. The token is exposed to market volatility, liquidity changes, project execution and decisions about how governance or any reward mechanisms work. A dollar peg for USR, if maintained, would not peg RESOLV to a dollar or guarantee RESOLV’s value.

There are also protocol risks. Resolv’s stablecoin strategy depends on its collateral, trading and risk controls; losses, technical failures or a break in USR’s peg could affect confidence in the wider ecosystem. Smart-contract bugs, compromised keys, counterfeit tokens and unsafe bridges are additional ways you could lose funds. Check the contract and network before sending, and review current security disclosures rather than assuming a contract is safe because a token is widely traded.

Only hold an amount you can afford to lose. Keep long-term holdings in a wallet whose recovery method you control, use a hardware wallet if appropriate, and test unfamiliar transfers with a small amount. Never share your recovery phrase or approve a transaction you do not understand.
