Owning Propy (PRO): Uses, Storage and Risks

PRO is tied to Propy’s real-estate transaction workflow, but holding the token is not the same as owning property. Check its chain, custody risks and the legal terms of any transaction.

What does holding PRO let you do?

PRO is a utility token associated with Propy’s real-estate transaction workflow, not a deed to a property. Propy describes its Registry as using tokens in ownership transfers for transactions paid in dollars, crypto or as an NFT. That does not mean holding PRO gives you ownership of real estate, a share of a sale or a claim on a property. Those rights depend on the specific legal documents and transaction.

Propy also describes a marketplace with AI-assisted title and escrow services. If you are considering a property transaction, treat the service and the token as separate decisions: confirm how PRO is used in that particular workflow, and check fees, licensing and how funds are handled before sending money or tokens. Don’t assume that a token transfer itself completes a legally valid property transfer in your jurisdiction.

Which networks and wallets can hold PRO?

PRO is issued on Ethereum and Base. These are separate networks, so a wallet address that looks the same on both does not make the networks interchangeable. Before receiving or sending PRO, select the network supported by the service or recipient and verify the token details through Propy’s official channels. A mistaken network or token contract can make funds difficult or impossible to recover.

Use a wallet that supports the network and the PRO token on that network. A self-custody wallet gives you control of the keys, but also makes you responsible for protecting them; a custodial exchange holds the keys for you and has its own account and withdrawal risks. Keep your recovery phrase offline, never share it, and check a small test transfer before moving a larger amount. Network transaction fees are separate from the amount of PRO you send, and the fee depends on network conditions.

How much PRO exists, and what can its market figures tell you?

PRO has a stated maximum and total supply of 100 million tokens, with 100 million reported as circulating. That means the listed circulating supply equals the stated cap; it does not establish how tokens are distributed among holders or how much can be traded at a given moment.

As of 2026-11-08, PRO was about $0.30, with a market capitalization of about $29.6 million and reported 24-hour trading volume of about $283,540. These are dated market snapshots, not guaranteed prices or a measure of how much you could sell without affecting the price. The token’s history also includes substantial price swings, so consider the possibility of losing some or all of the value you hold. No price figure tells you whether a Propy transaction will succeed or whether a property has clear title.

How should you store PRO, and what could go wrong?

For self-custody, store PRO in a wallet you control, protect the recovery phrase offline, and keep it separate from devices or accounts used for everyday browsing. Check the network and token details before approving a transfer or a smart-contract request. Be cautious with unsolicited messages, fake support accounts and sites that ask for your recovery phrase; legitimate support should not need it.

The main risks go beyond wallet security. PRO’s market price and liquidity can change, and a token’s usefulness depends on how Propy’s services operate and whether they are available to you. Real-estate title, escrow, fees and licensing also involve local rules and transaction-specific paperwork. Before using Propy for a property deal, verify who holds the funds, what happens if a transaction fails, and which legal documents establish ownership. Don’t rely on PRO alone as proof of property rights.

By the numbers

Propy in numbers

Propy (PRO) is ranked #645 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $29.6M and a price of $0.2963 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($29.6M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.

The price was down 4.0% over 7 days, down 12.9% over 30 days, down 37.5% over the past year. It trades about 94% below its all-time high of $5.15, set on Jan 4, 2018.

About 100M PRO are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 100M (100% issued).

24-hour trading volume was about $284K, or 1.0% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

PRO has token contracts on 2 chains we track, including Ethereum, Base. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

PRO is linked to Propy, which we cover in our Real-World Assets rankings. See our Propy page for how the protocol works and how we score it.

PRO FAQs

What is Propy (PRO) used for?

PRO is described as a utility token used in Propy Registry ownership-transfer workflows, including transactions paid in dollars, crypto or as an NFT. Its use in a specific transaction may depend on Propy’s process and terms.

Which blockchain networks support PRO?

PRO is issued on Ethereum and Base. Select the network supported by your wallet or service, and verify the token details before sending; the same token symbol on another network may not be the same asset.

Does owning PRO mean I own real estate?

No. Holding PRO does not by itself establish ownership of a home or other real estate. Property rights depend on the transaction’s legal documents and applicable local law.

What is the maximum supply of PRO?

The stated maximum and total supply are 100 million PRO, and the reported circulating supply is also 100 million. Market prices and trading conditions can still change, so supply figures do not guarantee liquidity or value.

How can I store PRO safely?

Use a wallet that supports PRO on the correct network, protect your recovery phrase offline and verify transfer details before sending. Consider both token-price risk and the legal, fee and fund-handling terms of any Propy property transaction.

What is the market cap of Propy?

As of Nov 8, 2026, Propy had a market cap of about $29.6M, ranking #645 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of PRO?

Propy's all-time high is $5.15, reached on Jan 4, 2018. Its all-time low is $0.0304 (Mar 12, 2020). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of PRO?

As of Nov 8, 2026, about 100M PRO were in circulation, against a maximum supply of 100M.

Which blockchains is PRO on?

It has token contracts on Ethereum, Base.
