Owning NVOON: Uses, Wallets and Risks

NVOON is a tokenized product designed to give you economic exposure similar to holding Novo Nordisk shares (NVO). Ondo says the product also reinvests any dividends, so you should not assume it pays cash dividends directly to your wallet.

That exposure is not the same as owning Novo Nordisk shares through a stockbroker. A token does not by itself give you shareholder voting rights or direct ownership of company shares. Its value can track the underlying stock, but the token’s price may also be affected by trading conditions, product terms and the ability to mint or redeem it.

Ondo describes its tokenized stocks as available to non-US retail and institutional users around the world, with minting and redemption 24 hours a day, five days a week and access to traditional exchange liquidity. Additional restrictions apply, so check whether you can use the product where you live and what conditions apply before acquiring NVOON.

NVOON is issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. These are separate networks, so a token in one wallet network is not automatically usable on another. Confirm the network and the exact NVOON token address from an official Ondo channel before receiving or transferring tokens; a wrong network or lookalike token can lead to lost funds.

Use a wallet that supports the chain you intend to use. For example, MetaMask can be used with Ethereum and BNB Chain, while Solana-compatible wallets are needed for the Solana version. Keep enough of that network’s native token to pay transaction fees. Do not send NVOON to an exchange or wallet unless it explicitly supports both the token and the chosen network.

If you use a hardware wallet, check that its wallet software supports the relevant chain and token display. You remain responsible for protecting your recovery phrase: anyone who gets it may be able to control the wallet. Never share it with someone claiming they need it to verify, unlock or return your NVOON.

As of November 8, 2026, reported circulating and total supply were both about 51,632 NVOON; no maximum supply was listed. The reported price was about $41.49 per token, with a market capitalization of about $2.1 million. These are snapshots, not fixed values: the token price, supply and market activity can change.

A token’s market price is not a guarantee that you can sell the same amount at that price. Check the current order depth or quoted redemption terms, and account for trading spreads, network fees and any product charges that apply. The token may trade at a premium or discount to the value of the corresponding Novo Nordisk exposure, especially when liquidity is thin or markets are disrupted.

Do not treat the reported market capitalization as cash available for redemptions. Before you hold a large amount, understand how minting and redemption work for your location, what minimums or other conditions apply, and whether you can access the required service.

NVOON depends on more than Novo Nordisk’s share price. You also take on risks tied to the token issuer and its arrangements for backing, custody, dividend treatment, minting and redemption. If those arrangements fail or access is restricted, the token could become difficult to redeem or sell even if the underlying stock continues trading. Review Ondo’s current product terms and eligibility restrictions; do not assume every holder can redeem directly.

There are also crypto-specific risks. A wrong-chain transfer, compromised recovery phrase, malicious approval or smart-contract vulnerability can result in a loss. Decentralized exchange liquidity may be limited, and a quoted price can differ from the value of the underlying exposure. Tokenized products may receive different legal and consumer protections from shares held through a conventional broker.

For safer storage, verify the token and network, use a wallet you control if you understand self-custody, and keep your recovery phrase offline. Test a small transfer before moving a larger balance. Never share your phrase or sign a transaction you do not understand.
