NianNian (年年) is a community-driven memecoin on BNB Smart Chain, not a token with a clearly stated payment, governance or investment function. Its identity is cat-themed and rooted in internet meme culture. The project describes its aims as building a community and supporting causes such as children’s education and access to learning resources.

NianNian also describes itself as operating under a community takeover model: community members coordinate its branding, communications and development independently of the original creator. Treat its charitable vision as an aim, not proof that donations are being made. Before counting on a charitable contribution or a project feature, look for clear details about how it works, who is responsible and what has actually been delivered.

For you as a holder, the practical use is mainly exposure to a speculative community token. The project description does not set out a right to profits, a claim on assets or a guaranteed service. Its value can therefore depend heavily on trading demand and continued community activity.

NianNian is issued on BNB Smart Chain (also called BNB Chain) as a BEP-20 token. It is not described as the native coin of a blockchain. To hold or transfer it yourself, you need a wallet that supports BNB Smart Chain tokens, such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet, and a small amount of BNB to pay network transaction fees.

When adding the token, use the correct NianNian contract address from a trustworthy project channel and confirm that the displayed name and symbol match. A token name or symbol alone is not unique; scammers can create lookalikes. Do not copy an address from an unsolicited message or assume an exchange listing identifies the right contract.

An audit, if one exists, cannot eliminate risk. Be especially cautious of promises of guaranteed returns, urgent offers, fake airdrops and requests to share your recovery phrase.
