Owning IRENON: Uses, Storage and Risks

IRENON is Ondo’s tokenized representation of IREN Limited, not IREN’s own cryptocurrency. It is intended to provide onchain exposure to the company’s stock, but holding a token should not automatically be treated as owning registered IREN shares. The token’s shareholder rights, voting rights, dividend treatment, redemption options and claim on company assets depend on Ondo’s product terms and your jurisdiction. Check those terms before acquiring it, especially if you expect to redeem tokens or receive distributions. IRENON is also distinct from other tokens with similar IREN names, including separate tokenized-stock products. Match the issuer and exact network contract, not just the ticker. For practical purposes, treat IRENON as a tokenized financial product whose value may be affected by IREN’s stock price and the token’s operating arrangements, rather than as a general-purpose coin for payments or network fees.

IRENON is issued on Ethereum, Solana and BNB Chain; it is not the native token of any of those networks. You need a wallet that supports the specific chain and token standard you are using. A wallet address on one network does not mean the token can be received or recovered on another, so confirm the network before sending. Check the contract address against Ondo’s official product information: a matching name or ticker alone does not prove a token is genuine. Keep enough of the relevant network’s native asset to pay transaction fees, which vary with network conditions. If you use an exchange or a hosted wallet, confirm that it supports IRENON deposits and withdrawals on the exact chain you intend to use. Do not assume that a token can be moved between chains using any bridge; cross-chain availability and supported transfer routes depend on the product and service providers.

Supply is not the same as the number of IREN company shares available, and a token’s market price does not by itself establish a direct one-to-one share claim.
