What do you get by holding ERN?

ERN is a token called Ethos Reserve Note. If you hold it, you can keep it in a compatible wallet or transfer and swap it on a supported network. The token is issued on Optimism, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Linea, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon and Fantom; it is not the native token of any of those chains.

The name alone does not establish what ERN is meant to do. Ethos Reserve Note has not published a clear explanation of its use, backing or redemption terms in the information available about the project. In particular, do not assume that “Reserve Note” means ERN is backed by reserves, redeemable for a dollar, or guaranteed to hold a fixed price. Check the project’s official documentation and the exact token contract before relying on any such claim.

If you are considering ERN, the practical question is whether you have a specific reason to hold or use it, and whether you can trade or transfer it on the network you need. A token’s name and market price are not a substitute for published rights or redemption rules.

Which networks can you use for ERN?

ERN has deployments on nine networks: Optimism, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Linea, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Polygon and Fantom. These are separate network environments. Having ERN on one does not mean the same balance is automatically available on another, and a wallet may show different balances for each network.

Before receiving or sending ERN, check that the network selected in your wallet matches the network used by the other party or exchange. Confirm the token contract address through a trusted project channel; symbols can be copied, and a token with the same name or ticker is not necessarily the same asset. You also need the network’s native token to pay transaction fees. For example, an ERN balance does not itself pay the fee for a transaction on its network.

Do not assume that a bridge or exchange supports every ERN deployment. Check the deposit and withdrawal network options before moving funds. Sending tokens to an unsupported network or address can make them difficult or impossible to recover.

What do ERN’s supply and price tell you?

As of 2026-11-08, ERN had about 2.20 million tokens in circulation and about 2.20 million total supply; no maximum supply was listed. Its reported market price was about $0.99, with a market capitalization of about $2.2 million. Reported 24-hour trading volume was about $586 on that date, a small amount that can make it harder to trade at a preferred price or size. These figures change and should not be treated as current beyond their stated date.

A price near one dollar does not prove that ERN is a stablecoin or that you can redeem each token for one dollar. The project has not published reserve, redemption or price-stabilization terms in the information available about it. Before treating ERN as cash-like, look for clear, current documentation explaining what supports its value, who can redeem it, and under what conditions.

If you plan to swap, check the available liquidity and the estimated price impact immediately before confirming. A displayed quote may change before your transaction completes.

How can you store ERN without losing access?

You can store ERN in a wallet that supports the specific network and token contract you hold. A self-custody wallet gives you control of the keys, but also makes you responsible for keeping them safe. Write down your recovery phrase offline, keep it private, and never enter it into a site or form because someone asks you to. A hardware wallet can keep signing keys offline, but it does not protect you from approving a malicious transaction.

For a wallet or exchange deposit, verify the network and contract address before sending a small test amount if the transfer is unfamiliar or large. Keep enough of that network’s native token for transaction fees. If you use an exchange, check that it supports ERN deposits and withdrawals on the same network you intend to use; a ticker match alone is not enough.

Treat unexpected messages, airdrops and links asking you to connect your wallet or approve ERN spending as potential scams. Read the transaction details and token allowance before signing. Never share your recovery phrase or private key with support staff or anyone claiming they can restore a transfer.

What could go wrong if you hold ERN?

ERN carries the usual risks of a crypto token, with added uncertainty because its intended purpose, backing and redemption terms are not clearly documented. Its price could move away from one dollar, and you should not rely on a stable value or a right to cash out unless the project publishes enforceable terms. Low reported trading volume also means a sale may be delayed, execute at a worse price, or be unavailable when you want it.

There are network-specific risks too. A transaction sent on the wrong chain, a fake token contract, or an unsupported bridge can lead to permanent loss. Smart-contract bugs, compromised keys and malicious approvals can also put your tokens at risk. A wallet showing an ERN balance does not verify the token’s legitimacy or promise that it can be exchanged.

Before holding more than you can afford to lose, verify the contract on the intended network, look for independent security information, and confirm that the project explains its token rights and any redemption process. Ethos Reserve Note has not published an audit in the information available about the project.

By the numbers

Ethos Reserve Note in numbers

Ethos Reserve Note (ERN) is ranked #2,300 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $2.19M and a price of $0.9936 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($2.19M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.

The price was up 0.6% over 7 days, down 0.4% over 30 days, up 3.2% over the past year. It trades about 19% below its all-time high of $1.22, set on Jun 5, 2026.

About 2.2M ERN are in circulation. No hard maximum supply is listed, so new tokens can still be issued.

24-hour trading volume was about $586, or 0.0% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

ERN has token contracts on 9 chains we track, including Optimism, Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.
