## What does CP do in Cluster Protocol?
Cluster Protocol describes itself as infrastructure for running autonomous AI workflows. Developers and AI agents can use its services to access inference across more than 500 models, tokenized datasets and GPU compute, then settle those services programmatically. The aim is to let an agent choose and pay for the resources it needs without a subscription or a person handling each transaction.
CP is the protocol’s token, deployed on Base. The project says it is used for payment and settlement across inference, compute and dataset services, as well as staking. That gives CP a stated role within the network, but it does not guarantee that demand for those services will translate into demand for the token. If you are considering holding CP, look for evidence that people are using the services and that payments or staking require the token in practice.
## Which chain and wallet can hold CP?
CP is issued on Base, an Ethereum layer-2 network. To hold it yourself, use a wallet that supports Base and can manage tokens on that network. A wallet may need CP added as a custom token before it appears in your balance; use the project’s official channels to confirm the correct token contract address before adding or sending it. The contract address is not included in the project details described here, so do not rely on a token name or ticker alone to identify CP.
Before transferring, check that the wallet and the receiving platform both support deposits or withdrawals on Base. Sending a token to an address or network that does not support it can make recovery difficult or impossible. You will also need ETH on Base to pay network transaction fees; those fees are separate from any CP amount you send. Test with a small transfer first if you are unsure about the address or network.
## How much CP exists, and what could change?
CP has a fixed maximum and total supply of 5 billion tokens. About 1.38 billion were circulating as of 2026-11-08, leaving roughly 3.62 billion outside circulation. The project does not publish a token release or vesting schedule in its token information, so you cannot use that information to tell when or how the remaining supply may enter circulation. Staking can also affect how much CP holders choose to keep available, but it does not change the stated maximum supply.
As of 2026-11-08, CP was trading at about $0.0074, with a market capitalization of about $10.3 million and fully diluted valuation of about $37.2 million. These are moving market figures, not measures of guaranteed value. The gap between circulating and maximum supply is worth considering: if more tokens enter circulation, the balance between available supply and demand could change. Check current figures and token terms before making a decision.
## How can you store CP more safely?
For self-custody, choose a reputable wallet that supports Base and secure it as carefully as you would any other crypto wallet. Write your recovery phrase offline and keep it private; never share it with a person, website or support account. Consider a hardware wallet if you want keys stored separately from an internet-connected device, and confirm that it supports Base before relying on it. Keep enough ETH on Base for transaction fees, and verify the network and token contract each time you transfer.
If you stake CP, check the staking terms before committing tokens: the project’s token information does not specify lock-up periods, withdrawal rules or staking returns. Avoid signing unfamiliar wallet requests, and do not trust unsolicited messages offering to recover funds or increase staking rewards. A wallet protects access to your tokens; it does not protect their market value or guarantee that a protocol transaction can be reversed.
## What are the main risks of holding CP?
CP carries both token-market risk and project-use risk. Its price can move sharply, and the market figures above are only a dated snapshot. The protocol’s plans depend on developers and agents actually using its AI services; a stated use for payments or staking does not ensure that the token will gain adoption or retain value. Competition, technical failures and changes to the protocol could also affect its prospects.
The supply gap matters too: only about 1.38 billion of a 5 billion total supply was circulating as of 2026-11-08, and the project does not publish a release schedule in its token information. That makes it harder to assess potential future supply changes. You also face Base transaction risks, including sending tokens to the wrong address, and smart-contract risks such as bugs or exploits. Do not commit money you cannot afford to lose, and check the project’s current token and staking terms before using its services.
By the numbers
Cluster Protocol in numbers
Cluster Protocol (CP) is ranked #1,210 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $10.3M and a price of $0.007436 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation is $37.2M, so roughly 28% of the eventual supply is in circulation today; tokens still to be released could add selling pressure.
The price was down 7.9% over 7 days, down 28.6% over 30 days. It trades about 84% below its all-time high of $0.0463, set on Sep 2, 2026.
About 1.38B CP are in circulation out of a maximum supply of 5B (28% issued).
24-hour trading volume was about $535K, or 5.2% of its market cap: moderate turnover.
CP has token contracts on Base. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

What is Cluster Protocol (CP) used for?
Cluster Protocol describes CP as its token for settling payments across inference, compute and dataset services, and for staking. The project aims to let developers and AI agents use these services programmatically.
What network is CP on?
CP is deployed on Base. Use a wallet that supports Base, and confirm the token contract address through the project’s official channels before adding or transferring it.
What is the total supply of CP?
CP has a total and maximum supply of 5 billion. About 1.38 billion were circulating as of 2026-11-08; the project does not publish a release or vesting schedule in its token information.
How do I store CP?
You can hold CP in a wallet that supports Base and the token. Keep your recovery phrase private, check the network and address before sending, and keep ETH on Base for transaction fees.
