What does holding PGON give you?

PGON is Ondo’s tokenized version of Procter & Gamble stock. It is designed to give you economic exposure similar to holding PG shares, including reinvestment of dividends. That is different from owning a PG share directly: don’t assume PGON gives you shareholder voting rights or the same legal protections as a shareholder.

Ondo describes its tokenized stocks as available to eligible non-US retail and institutional users, with minting and redemption intended to operate 24 hours a day, five days a week. Additional restrictions apply, so check Ondo’s current eligibility rules and product terms before relying on access or redemption. The token’s price can also differ from PG’s exchange price because of trading conditions, fees, market hours and the way the token is issued or redeemed.

PGON is not a company share issued by Procter & Gamble. If you hold it, you are taking both exposure to the underlying stock and risks tied to the token and its issuer.

Which networks and wallets can hold PGON?

PGON is issued on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana. These are separate networks, so a token sent to an address on the wrong chain may not arrive where you expect or may be difficult to recover. Before receiving or sending PGON, confirm that the wallet and the service you are using support the same network and the exact PGON token identifier.

A self-custody wallet gives you control of the signing keys, but it also makes you responsible for keeping them safe. A custodial exchange or wallet holds the keys for you, which adds dependence on that provider’s account rules and security. In either case, test the receiving address and network carefully before transferring a meaningful amount.

Never rely on a token name or ticker alone: look up the official identifier through a trusted source and compare it with the asset selected in your wallet. Do not share your recovery phrase or approve a transaction you do not understand.

How much PGON exists, and how liquid is it?

As of November 8, 2026, reported circulating and total supply were both about 18,001.33 PGON. No maximum supply is published. These figures can change as tokens are minted, redeemed or otherwise move between supply categories, so treat them as a dated snapshot rather than a fixed limit.

On the same date, PGON traded at about $163.43, with a market capitalization of roughly $2.9 million and 24-hour trading volume of about $7,600. Those figures are small enough that a trade may be harder to complete at a desired price than in a more liquid market. The token’s quoted value is not guaranteed to match the value of a PG share at every moment.

Check the current market depth, spread and available redemption terms before acting. A displayed price alone does not tell you how much you could receive for a larger order or whether you can redeem at that time.

How can you store PGON more safely?

For a self-custody wallet, protect the recovery phrase offline and keep it private. Anyone who gets the phrase may be able to control the PGON and other assets in that wallet. Use a device and wallet you trust, lock the device, and be cautious with links, unsolicited messages and requests to connect your wallet or sign a transaction.

If you use a hardware wallet, verify the destination and network on the device before approving a transfer. Keep a small amount of the network’s native asset available if you need it to pay transaction fees; the fee asset differs by chain. A wallet may also require you to add the correct PGON token identifier before it displays the balance.

For a custodial service, secure your account with a unique password and available two-factor authentication. Check its withdrawal and network support before depositing, and remember that custody with a provider means you rely on its access and security controls.

What can go wrong when you hold PGON?

PGON combines stock-market exposure with crypto and issuer risks. Procter & Gamble’s share price can fall, and dividend reinvestment does not remove the possibility of losses. The token may also trade at a premium or discount to the underlying stock, and low trading volume can make buying or selling at your preferred price difficult.

You also depend on Ondo’s product structure, token contracts and minting or redemption arrangements. A technical failure, a change in access rules, operational problems or a disruption to the issuer’s services could affect your ability to use or redeem PGON. Blockchain transfers are generally difficult to reverse, and sending tokens to an unsupported network or address can result in loss.

Before holding PGON, read the current product terms and confirm your eligibility, how redemption works, and what rights the token does and does not provide. Don’t treat the token as a substitute for directly held PG shares or as a guaranteed way to track their price.
