## What does HYGON give you?

HYGON is Ondo’s tokenized version of the iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF, commonly known as HYG. It is designed to give you economic exposure similar to holding that ETF, including reinvestment of dividends. It is not a general-purpose payment coin or a token that represents a share in a blockchain network.

The underlying ETF holds high-yield corporate bonds. These bonds can pay more interest than investment-grade debt, but they also carry greater risk that issuers will miss payments or default. HYGON’s value can therefore be affected by bond prices, interest rates, credit conditions and the ETF’s performance, as well as by token-market trading.

Treat the token as an investment product, not as a bank deposit or a guaranteed-income asset. Before holding it, check Ondo’s current terms so you understand what legal and economic rights the token gives you and whether you qualify for its services.

## Which network and wallet should you use?

HYGON is issued on Ethereum, Solana and BNB Chain. To hold it yourself, use a wallet that supports the specific network and token you intend to receive. A wallet that works on one of these chains may not support the others, and an address or transfer method on one network may not work on another.

Before sending HYGON, confirm the selected network and token details with the receiving wallet or service. Check the token’s official contract information through Ondo’s own channels; do not rely on a token name or ticker alone, since unrelated tokens can use similar names. Never send a small balance to a different chain on the assumption that it will arrive automatically.

Ondo describes its tokenized stocks and ETFs as available for minting and redemption around the clock, five days a week, subject to additional restrictions. That does not mean every holder can redeem at any time. Check current eligibility and redemption terms before relying on redemption as your exit route.

## How much HYGON is in circulation?

The reported circulating and total supply are both about 16,427 HYGON as of 2026-11-07. No maximum supply is reported. Supply figures can change, so treat this as a dated snapshot rather than a permanent limit.

A token’s supply is not the same thing as the value of the underlying ETF holdings, and it does not tell you how easily you can sell. As of 2026-11-07, HYGON’s reported price was about $81.88, market capitalization about $1.3 million, and 24-hour trading volume about $1,639. These figures are approximate and can change quickly; relatively low trading volume can mean fewer buyers or sellers are available at a given time.

If you are checking a balance or transfer, confirm the network and token contract as well as the ticker. A displayed HYGON balance on one chain may not be interchangeable with a similarly named token on another chain without an approved process.

## How can you store HYGON more safely?

For self-custody, keep your wallet’s recovery phrase offline and private. Anyone who obtains it may be able to control the assets in that wallet. Do not share it with a person claiming to offer support, and be cautious of unexpected messages or websites asking you to connect your wallet or sign a transaction.

Use a wallet that supports HYGON on the exact chain you hold it on, and check the network before every transfer. Test unfamiliar transfer steps with a small amount only if you understand the fees and the possibility that a mistake could be irreversible. Keep your device and wallet software updated, and consider a hardware wallet if you can manage its backup securely.

If you hold HYGON through a third-party platform instead, review its custody and withdrawal terms. Platform access can be different from controlling the token in your own wallet, and account security, service outages or withdrawal restrictions can affect your ability to move it.

## What could go wrong while you hold HYGON?

HYGON combines risks from the bond ETF, the token structure and the market where the token trades. High-yield bonds face default and credit-spread risk; rising interest rates can also pressure bond prices. Dividend reinvestment does not remove those risks or guarantee a positive return.

The token may trade at a different price from the value you expect based on the underlying ETF. Thin trading can increase spreads or make it harder to sell promptly. You also face blockchain risks, such as sending tokens to the wrong network, and issuer, custody and service risks. Ondo notes that additional restrictions apply to its tokenized stocks and ETFs, so check current eligibility and redemption terms rather than assuming you can mint or redeem whenever you choose.

Before relying on HYGON for liquidity or income, check how the token’s legal rights work, what redemption steps and charges apply, and whether those services are available to you. Do not treat a quoted token price as a guaranteed redemption value.
