What can you do with DNT?

DNT’s main stated role is governance in district0x, a network of decentralized marketplaces and communities called districts. The project describes DNT as a way for holders to stake tokens and gain voting rights in a district, including a say in proposals or decisions about that community. DNT has also been described as necessary for applying to the District Registry.

That gives DNT a possible use if you want to participate in a district’s governance. It does not mean every district is active, that every proposal is binding, or that holding DNT automatically gives you a vote. Check the specific district’s rules and current governance interface before staking. Staking for voting access is not the same as earning interest, and you should not assume it produces a return. The project’s broader aim is to let communities create and govern online marketplaces using Ethereum-based tools, but the token’s practical value depends on people using those districts and their governance.

Which wallet and network do you need for DNT?

DNT is an ERC-20 token issued on Ethereum; it is not the native coin of a separate blockchain. You need an Ethereum-compatible wallet to hold it, such as a wallet that supports ERC-20 assets. A hardware wallet can keep the signing keys offline, while a software wallet may be easier for interacting with district0x applications.

Before sending DNT, check that the receiving wallet supports Ethereum and that you have selected the Ethereum network. Sending it to an address on an incompatible network can make recovery difficult or impossible. Ethereum transactions also require ETH for network gas, so keep some ETH available if you plan to move or use DNT. Wallets do not all show every token automatically; if DNT does not appear, verify the token contract through a trusted, independent source before adding it. Never share your recovery phrase or approve a transaction you do not understand.

How much DNT exists, and does supply affect your trade?

District0x has a total supply of 1 billion DNT. About 999,999,999.3 were reported as circulating as of 2026-11-08, leaving very little difference between the reported circulating and total amounts. A maximum supply has not been published, so do not treat the total supply figure as a separately confirmed cap.

Supply figures do not tell you whether DNT is easy to trade or whether its price will rise or fall. Trading activity can matter: reported 24-hour volume was about $7,500 as of 2026-11-08, which can mean fewer buyers and sellers than for larger tokens. That may make a trade harder to execute at the price you expect, particularly for a large order. Check current exchange support, liquidity, and the token’s price before placing a transaction, and remember that quotes can change quickly.

What could go wrong when you hold or stake DNT?

Treat DNT as a volatile token with both market and smart-contract risks. Its intended use depends on district0x governance and marketplace activity; if those communities attract little participation, the practical reason to hold or stake DNT may be limited. Governance also carries risk: a vote may not have the outcome you want, and staking can involve contract or access rules that you should understand before committing tokens.

On the trading side, low activity can widen spreads or make it difficult to sell at a desired price. On the custody side, a mistaken Ethereum address, compromised recovery phrase, malicious token approval, or fake district0x interface can put your assets at risk. Use a wallet you control, secure its recovery phrase offline, and review the network, destination, and permissions before confirming a transaction. Do not rely on a displayed token balance as proof that a website or contract is safe. Only stake DNT if you understand how to withdraw it and what could prevent access.

By the numbers

district0x in numbers

district0x (DNT) is ranked #1,465 by market capitalisation, with a market cap of about $6.81M and a price of $0.006811 as of Nov 8, 2026. Its fully diluted valuation ($6.81M) is close to its market cap, so little new supply is still to come.

The price was down 7.4% over 7 days, up 5.6% over 30 days, down 64.8% over the past year. It trades about 99% below its all-time high of $0.4834, set on Apr 18, 2021.

About 1B DNT are in circulation. No hard maximum supply is listed, so new tokens can still be issued.

24-hour trading volume was about $7.54K, or 0.1% of its market cap: low turnover, so large orders can move the price.

DNT has token contracts on Ethereum. Always check the contract address before buying or bridging: copycat tokens often reuse a well-known name and ticker.

DNT FAQs

What is DNT used for?

DNT is used for governance in district0x, a network of decentralized marketplaces and communities. The project describes staking DNT as a way to gain voting rights in a district; holding tokens alone does not necessarily give you a vote.

Is DNT an Ethereum token?

DNT is an ERC-20 token issued on Ethereum. Use an Ethereum-compatible wallet and select the Ethereum network when you send it; you will also need ETH to pay network gas.

What is the maximum supply of DNT?

District0x has a total supply of 1 billion DNT, with about 999,999,999.3 reported as circulating as of 2026-11-08. A maximum supply has not been published.

Can you earn rewards by staking DNT?

The project describes staking as a way to get voting rights in a district. That does not establish that staking pays a yield, so check the current district rules and do not assume a return.

How do you store DNT safely?

Use an Ethereum-compatible wallet, keep your recovery phrase private and offline, and verify the network and destination before sending. Review any contract permissions carefully, especially before staking or connecting to a district interface.

What is the market cap of district0x?

As of Nov 8, 2026, district0x had a market cap of about $6.81M, ranking #1,465 among cryptocurrencies by market capitalisation. Market cap is price multiplied by circulating supply, so it moves with the price.

What is the all-time high of DNT?

district0x's all-time high is $0.4834, reached on Apr 18, 2021. Its all-time low is $0.002167 (Mar 12, 2020). Past prices say nothing about future returns.

What is the circulating supply of DNT?

As of Nov 8, 2026, about 1B DNT were in circulation; no fixed maximum supply is listed.

Which blockchains is DNT on?

It has token contracts on Ethereum.
