Owning AVGOON: Uses, Storage and Risks

AVGOON is Ondo’s tokenized version of Broadcom stock. It is designed to give you economic exposure similar to holding AVGO, including reinvestment of any dividends. That does not necessarily make you a direct Broadcom shareholder: check Ondo’s current terms to understand what rights the token gives you and how the exposure is structured.

Ondo describes its tokenized stocks as available for eligible non-U.S. retail and institutional users, with minting and redemption offered around the clock, five days a week, and access to traditional exchange liquidity. Additional restrictions apply, so don’t assume you can use the product just because you can see or transfer the token. Confirm eligibility, redemption rules and any limits before acquiring AVGOON.

AVGOON has been issued on Ethereum, Solana and BNB Chain. It is not the native coin of any of those networks; it is a token deployed on them. A wallet or exchange must support AVGOON on the specific network you intend to use.

Before sending tokens, check the network and the token’s exact identifier against a trusted source from Ondo. A matching ticker alone is not enough to verify that a token is genuine. Sending AVGOON to an address on the wrong network, or one that cannot receive the token, may make it unrecoverable.

You’ll also need the network’s native asset to pay transaction fees: typically ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana or BNB on BNB Chain. Those fees vary with network conditions. If you plan to redeem or move AVGOON, check the applicable network and eligibility requirements first; a wallet transfer is not the same as a redemption for cash or shares.

As of 2026-11-08, reported circulating and total supply were both about 13,042 AVGOON, with no maximum supply listed. The token’s reported price was about $296.94 and market capitalization about $3.9 million on that date. These figures can change, and the token’s market capitalization is not the same thing as Broadcom’s market value.

A quoted AVGOON price may differ from the value you expect based on Broadcom shares. Trading availability, liquidity, network and venue differences, and the terms for minting or redeeming can all matter. A quote or chart does not guarantee that you can transact at that price or redeem immediately.

Treat supply and market figures as a snapshot, not a promise about future value. Check the latest token details and the price and transaction terms on the venue you plan to use before making a transfer or redemption.

Choose a wallet that explicitly supports AVGOON on your chosen network. For self-custody, secure the recovery phrase offline, never share it, and be wary of anyone asking you to reveal it to “verify” or unlock your tokens. A hardware wallet can reduce exposure to online theft, but it cannot protect you from sending AVGOON to the wrong address or using a counterfeit token.

For each transfer, verify the network, receiving address and token identity. Send a small test amount first if the cost makes sense, then confirm it arrived before moving the rest. Keep enough ETH, SOL or BNB in the same network wallet to cover transaction fees.

If you hold AVGOON with a custodial service, review its withdrawal and recovery policies and understand that you rely on that provider to safeguard access. Your private keys, not the token’s market price, determine whether you can control tokens held in a self-custody wallet.

AVGOON adds several risks beyond the price movement of Broadcom shares. You rely on Ondo’s token structure and the processes behind minting, redemption and dividend treatment. Token holders may not have the same legal rights or protections as shareholders who own AVGO directly; read the product terms rather than assuming the two are interchangeable.

The token can also face low liquidity, price differences between venues, network congestion, smart-contract vulnerabilities, custody failures and mistakes in wallet transfers. A displayed market price does not ensure a buyer is available or that redemption is immediate. Eligibility rules and other restrictions may also prevent some users from accessing the product or its redemption process.

Before holding AVGOON, check the issuer’s current terms, the supported networks and the route you would use to exit. Consider whether you can tolerate losing access to the tokens or a sharp decline in value. Don’t rely on dividend reinvestment or redemption as guaranteed until you have confirmed the applicable terms.
