Owning BNPL Pay (BNPL): Uses, Supply and Risks

BNPL Pay’s token utility is not clearly established, so don’t assume BNPL works as a buy-now-pay-later payment method just because of its name. The available project description does not explain a specific use for the token, such as paying merchants, earning rewards, voting or accessing a service.

That leaves a practical question for holders: what demand, if any, is tied to using BNPL? Without a stated function, you can’t assess the token as though it were a payment balance or a claim on instalment lending. Check for an explicit explanation from the project before relying on BNPL for a particular purpose. A token’s name and its broad DeFi or Ethereum category do not, by themselves, establish what it does.

BNPL is issued on Ethereum; it is not listed as the native token of a separate chain. To hold it, use a wallet that supports Ethereum tokens.
