Owning RASTS: Uses, Storage and Risks

RASTS is a blockchain token described as a tokenized version of AST SpaceMobile stock. It is not AST SpaceMobile’s satellite network or the company’s ordinary shares held in a brokerage account. AST SpaceMobile is working on a low-Earth-orbit satellite cellular network intended to connect with standard mobile phones, with progress dependent on satellite deployment, spectrum coordination, regulatory approvals and network performance.

A tokenized-stock product may be designed to track a share’s price, but that does not by itself establish that you own the share or have shareholder rights. The terms for RASTS do not establish direct share ownership, voting rights, dividend treatment or a right to redeem tokens for stock. Reality’s backing and redemption terms are not published. Check the issuer’s current terms before relying on RASTS for any particular financial or legal right.

RASTS is issued on Arbitrum and Ethereum; it is not the native token of either network. You need a wallet that supports the network on which your RASTS is held and can interact with the token contract. Many self-custody EVM wallets support Ethereum and Arbitrum, but wallet support for the network does not guarantee that it recognizes or safely displays this specific token.

Before receiving or sending RASTS, confirm the correct network and token contract address through a trusted Reality channel. A transfer sent using the wrong network or address may be difficult or impossible to recover. Centralized platforms may also support deposits or withdrawals only on selected networks, so check their current instructions first. Keep your recovery phrase offline and private; anyone who gets it can generally control the assets in that wallet.

The reported circulating and total supply is 27,427.43 RASTS, with no maximum supply listed. These figures do not explain whether new tokens can be created, how tokens are backed, or whether holders can redeem them. For those questions, look for the issuer’s contract and product terms rather than treating supply data as proof of a claim on AST SpaceMobile shares.

As of 2026-11-08, RASTS was priced at about $32.10, with a market capitalization of about $880,000 and 24-hour trading volume of about $2,900. Those figures can change quickly. The reported trading volume is modest, which can make it harder to trade a larger amount at a displayed price. A token’s quoted price can also differ from the underlying listed stock’s price because of trading hours, liquidity, fees or tracking gaps.

Treat RASTS as a tokenized asset with both crypto and issuer-related risks. The token’s value may not track AST SpaceMobile shares precisely, and a token price does not prove that matching shares are held or available for redemption. You also face smart-contract bugs, compromised keys, network outages, wrong-address transfers and changes to the issuer’s operations or terms. The backing, fees, audits and corporate-action handling for RASTS are not published.

For self-custody, use a reputable wallet, protect your recovery phrase offline, and consider a hardware wallet if you can use one safely. Test a small transfer before moving a larger amount.
