Owning ASTSB: Storage, Supply and Risks

ASTSB is a tokenized representation of AST SpaceMobile stock, not an ordinary AST SpaceMobile share held in a brokerage account. It is described as a bStock intended to give you economic exposure to AST SpaceMobile’s share price. ASTSB holders do not receive shareholder ownership, voting rights or dividends, so holding the token is not the same as being on the company’s shareholder register.

That distinction matters if you are comparing ASTSB with ASTS shares. The token depends on its issuer and the arrangements behind the token, rather than giving you the same direct rights as a stockholder. Before acquiring it, check the current terms for who issues and holds the underlying asset, whether redemption is available to you, and what restrictions apply. Those details can affect your ability to access the exposure even if the token itself is transferable on a blockchain.

ASTSB is issued on BNB Chain; it is not a native blockchain coin. To hold it yourself, use a wallet that supports BNB Chain and can display the token.
