Sync Review: Is This Two-Chain Launchpad Worth Using?

Sync is a two-chain token launchpad, not a token presale: it launches tokens on Robinhood Chain and Arc. Its cross-chain pricing design is clearly described, but it is unaudited and trading can carry a steep opening tax.

SkyBitcoins rating

Quick take

Sync may suit experienced creators who want one token launch across Robinhood Chain and Arc, with a solver intended to reduce price differences between them. The $5 launch fee and 1% trading fee are published, but the opening anti-snipe tax starts at 99% and declines over 60 seconds. Sync is unaudited, and price alignment depends on solver inventory. Check the live transaction terms and contract details before committing funds.

Is it for you?

Who Syncpad suits

Good for

  • Creators who want to launch one token across Robinhood Chain and Arc
  • Traders comfortable using USDG or USDC on those chains
  • Experienced users who understand bonding curves, solver inventory and smart-contract risk

Not for

  • Beginners who need audited contracts or a long operating record
  • Traders unwilling to face an opening tax that starts at 99%
  • People who want a platform token or guaranteed price stability
  • Users who need chains, quote assets or wallet support beyond Robinhood Chain and Arc

What can you launch or trade on Sync?

Sync is a launchpad for creating a token on Robinhood Chain and extending it to Arc at the same time. Its stated design uses one token across both chains, a matching bonding curve on each, and a solver that trades between the chains when their prices diverge. Trading is scheduled to open on both chains two minutes after a launch.

Each leg starts with $4,000 of virtual quote liquidity and is designed to graduate after raising $20,000. Sync says graduation seeds the relevant chain's Uniswap pool at the curve's final price, using the raised quote plus a fee reserve. The project describes the position as locked forever. These are protocol mechanics, not assurances that a token will attract buyers or retain value.

Sync does not have a platform token today. The burn-vault allocation is intended to accumulate until one exists; it does not give you a current claim on a token. Treat each launch as a separate, high-risk token rather than as an investment backed by Sync.

What will Sync cost you?

A launch costs $5 in USDG, paid once on Robinhood Chain. Sync also charges a 1% fee on every trade. It allocates 50% of trading fees to the launch's liquidity reserve, 30% to the burn vault and 20% to protocol operations and solver inventory. The burn share accumulates for now because there is no platform token.

There is also an extra anti-snipe tax that declines from 99% to zero over the first 60 seconds of trading, with the proceeds credited to liquidity. That is a substantial additional cost for a trade made early in the window, on top of the regular fee. Check the quoted amount and transaction details before you confirm a purchase; do not assume the headline 1% is the only cost.

Sync says solver arbitrage profit is split equally between liquidity and the burn vault. Network transaction costs may also apply, but Sync does not publish a fee schedule for those costs. The project does not promise that fee allocations or liquidity will support a token's price.

How much should you trust Sync with funds?

Sync states that it is live on Robinhood Chain and Arc and explicitly says it is not audited. That leaves you without an independent audit report to assess the launch contracts, cross-chain token supply or solver mechanics. A published description of how a system is intended to work is not a substitute for an audit or a record of safe operation.

The project says that a solver holds token and stablecoin inventory on both chains, and that graduation escrow is non-custodial. Its own limits also matter: alignment depends on inventory being available on each chain, so prices can drift when inventory runs out. Different chain finality speeds can let a trade land before the solver responds.

Sync does not publish licensing, team details or an operating track record in its product information. Consider those unknowns alongside the unaudited contracts. Only connect a wallet you control, verify the contract and network before signing, and risk only funds you can afford to lose.

How do the two chains and solver work?

Sync uses Robinhood Chain as its hub, where launches are created and the $5 launch fee is paid in USDG. Arc is the spoke, where the token is also created and trades use USDC. Sync says both legs use the same curve and start at the same market cap, with a solver trading toward the median price to narrow gaps.

That mechanism does not guarantee identical execution prices. The solver needs inventory on both chains, transactions can finalize at different speeds, and a fast-moving market can leave a temporary difference. Sync itself warns that Arc's DEX is new and that a graduating leg may wait in escrow if a DEX is not live there.

The product information does not specify supported wallets, mobile app availability, transaction speeds or a complete wallet setup process. Before you use it, confirm your wallet supports the chosen chain and quote asset, and check the network and token address carefully. Never send funds to an address just because it resembles a Sync contract.

What are Sync's biggest limitations?

Sync's main trade-off is that its cross-chain design adds moving parts to an already risky token launch. You are relying on contracts on two chains, a solver with enough inventory, and a usable DEX at graduation. If one part is unavailable, prices may separate or a graduating leg may wait. Price alignment only aims to bring the two markets closer; it does not keep either price up.

The 99% opening tax is another important drawback. It falls to zero over the first 60 seconds of trading, but trades during that period can be much more expensive than the regular 1% fee suggests. Review the actual transaction quote rather than relying on the advertised standard fee.

Sync is not a good fit if you need an audit, established operating history, published licensing or broad wallet and chain coverage. It also offers no platform token today. Treat launch parameters such as starting market cap and graduation threshold as mechanics, not evidence of demand or expected returns.

5 steps

How to start with Syncpad

  1. 1

Check that using Sync and trading tokens is legal where you live, then confirm your wallet supports Robinhood Chain or Arc.

  2. 2

Read the current launch and transaction terms, including the $5 USDG launch fee, 1% trade fee and declining 60-second opening tax.

  3. 3

Verify the chain, token address and transaction details in your wallet before signing; do not rely on a token name or symbol alone.

  4. 4

Start with an amount you can afford to lose, and avoid trading during the opening tax window unless you understand its cost.

  5. 5

Keep a record of the token contract and your transactions, and remember that solver alignment does not guarantee price stability or liquidity.

Syncpad FAQs

What is Sync?

Sync launches a token on Robinhood Chain and extends it to Arc at the same time. It uses USDG on Robinhood Chain and USDC on Arc, with a solver trading between the two chains to reduce price gaps.

What fees does Sync charge?

Sync lists a $5 launch fee in USDG, paid once on Robinhood Chain. Trades carry a 1% fee, and an extra anti-snipe tax declines from 99% to zero during the first 60 seconds of trading. Check the transaction details before trading.

Which chains does Sync support?

Sync says launches are live on Robinhood Chain and Arc, with trading opening on both two minutes after launch. Each chain's leg is intended to graduate to that chain's Uniswap DEX when it raises $20,000.

Is Sync audited or safe to use?

Sync says its contracts are not audited. It describes the graduation escrow as non-custodial, but you should still treat unaudited smart contracts and newly launched tokens as high risk. Verify the contract and transaction details before committing funds.

Does Sync have a token?

Sync does not have a platform token today. The 30% fee allocation for the burn vault accumulates until a platform token exists; it is not a current token or a promise of future value.
